The residence project provides a common pool and pavilion at the front of the beach, can feel relaxing, privacy, sea nature, romantic. *Note the beach is not swimmable but good for walking.

1st Floor :
-Fully equipped Western kitchen, Stove, Oven, Microwave, Coffee machine, Refrigerator & Washing machine.
-Comfortable living room with a large sofa, Big LCD TV, DVD player, and TV cable
-Private swimming pool with waterfall system, Lounge seat on the pool desk.
-Guest toilet.

2nd Floor: 2 stunning bedrooms with en-suite bathroom
- One bedroom for 2 people sleeps with king-size bed , big en-suite bathroom with jacuzzi bathtub.
- The large bedroom which has 2 floors, can sleep for 3-4 people, suitable for parents with kid or 3 friends

RATE INCLUDES:

Une villa spacieuse

Villa spacieuse et bien équipée. Le seul bémol est que la piscine est enclavée et que nous n’avions pas pied…l’équipe qui gère la villa est disponible et très réactive. La piscine collective aurait pu être agréable mais il y avait des travaux imposants à côté qui gâche le côté magique du lieu. À savoir que le prix de l’électricité est en plus de la location mais le tarif est abordable.

When we arrived the dirt track to the villa was in very poor condition and was very difficult to get

When we arrived the dirt track to the villa was in very poor condition and was very difficult to get access to the villa via a car or by foot. The apartment it's self was very nice although it could do with some. Maintence in the pool area (green mound on the steps and around the pool interior). The villa is not in an ideal location so we had to hire a car which was an unexpected expense. Overall our stay in Phuket was ok but I will not be rushing back. There are far better places to stay in Thailand.
