Summary:
Complete remodel with access to a private beach, boat ramp, and dock. This charming open floor plan ranch features 3 bedrooms, 1 bath, fireplace, 1st floor laundry, granite countertops, new appliances, and a lovely porch. Enjoy a large sandy beach area with picnic tables and kayak rack. The water gradually deepens, perfect for families. Close to 2 marinas, a restaurant, and a sandwich shop. Professionally remodeled with all new systems and finishes. Essentially a new home in a prime location.
The Space:
Ranch-Style home with a nice family sized living room, renovated kitchen with a gas stove, aside an eat in dining area. Off of the dining area, you can step out of a sliding door into a nice grassy backyard with Adirondak seating, and a grill. There are three bedrooms and a full-sized bath. One king bed, one queen bed and one full sized bed.
Guest Access:
You have access to the entire house, backyard and association beach about a 7-minute walk, or a 2-minute drive from the house.
Other Things to Note:
This property is close by to a busy route and does have some street noise. We have sound machines available for each bedroom. No A/C. We have ceiling fans in bedrooms and standing fans available.

We live within driving distance of the property but will not be present. Please contact primarily through the app for assistance.
