Natasha and Charlotte were brilliant! I met Charlotte on my arrival on Tuesday 8th July and Natasha on 9th July. I was made to feel welcomed, I enjoyed my stay. They were both patient when answering questions. First time of staying at house of Fisher and would definitely be recommending and coming back. Thanks!

Great apartments in Reading

Had a 5 night stay in these apartments for a work trip. A few colleagues have stayed here before and recommended them. On arrival the staff were really helpful and that continued through the week. The apartment itself was clean and was a decent size. The bed was really comfortable, I was very impressed with that. My only gripe is that the blinds in the bedroom were completely hopeless. I was woken every morning around 6am because the bedroom was so light. If they put decent curtains up, it would be a 5 star review.

Although our room first appeared clean we soon discovered the level of cleanliness was only superficial. The public areas like hallway's, lifts and entry areas definitely indicated they were not regularly cleaned. The deck on Level 3 had an overflowing rubbish bin as was every ashtray. On a plus the room was quiet, had opening windows and the air conditioning and washer dryer worked well.

Clean and comfortable

I visited my daughter who is a student at the University of Reading. After our day trips, House of Fisher was the perfect place to rest my aching feet and get ready for the next adventure. Near to railway station, high street and shopping area. Reception staff is helpful with smiling face, clean room with lot of space. Only one small thing is inside the bathing area there is no holder for a bottle of liquid soap and hair wash.
