Nice hotel and convenient for our needs. Was easy walking distance to the train station and only 2 stops to Reading. The restaurant and restaurant staff were great. The rooms were spacious, the bed was comfy. Would stay again.

Cleanliness in Bathroom was poor, water in sink and shower drained away slowly. Internet was poor and inconsistent. Previous stay was better, however, standards have slipped and the hotel is getting complaisant!

Two night stay

Room was lovely, breakfast buffet was fab. Unfortunately we booked here with two other families specifically to use the pool after our Legoland trip and we were only told on check in that children are heavily restricted on what time they can use the pool - which is not mentioned anywhere on the website. We also had to sign papers saying the children (12,12 and 9) wouldn’t jump, dive, splash or make any noise while in the water. It’s a shame because the hotel itself was lovely, but we won’t be returning.
