During my stay, I was truly pampered from beginning to end. I would especially like to commend the Chef and his wonderful crew for their delightful service. Every morning, I was spoiled with a delicious omelet and a perfectly stuffed tapioca—it felt like being on a honeymoon with myself. Thank you, Chef, for making each day such a joy. I also want to extend my compliments to all of the serving staff. A special shout-out to Chaves—your kind eyes and benevolent demeanor made me feel not just welcomed, but entitled to such warm service. Thank you, Chaves, you are a true darling. Reservei um quarto para 3 pessoas e só tinha uma cama de casal . Solicitei um colchão para a recepção, mas a funcionária não ajudou e disse que era politica do Hotel. Segundo a funcionária do hotel, a criança deveria dormir super aoertada no meio do adulto , mesmo a criança tendo 6 anos. O hotel devia saber que uma causa importante de obito é recem nascido dormir junto com Adulto pelo risco de ser sufocada. Além disso , o hotel de 4 estrelas não tinha agua para beber no frigobar. Parecia um Ibis. Não adianta investir na estrutura cara do hotel, e ter um atendimento de Ibis.
