No handicap parking. They do not advertise under renovation no handicap parking. They should have made another area handicap parking as I am sure by law they have to. Parking lot full of pot holes, they say they are working on it has been like that for years. Pool area rugs are filthy hallways dirty. No handicap bars around the toilet. Do not stay here especially if you’re handicapped

There were only two things that were wrong with the stay, 1 the pool was closed for maintenance when we checked in and we weren’t told at the time. It opened a few hours later but it would have been nice to be told. The second downfall was the breakfast, it really wasn’t very good, there was no variety but I guess it was free…

The shower was gross. A lot of build up and hair as well the floors were not swept and there was a roach. We had to check out at 10pm on August 23. I’m appalled on the state of this room. How ever the person at the counter was very sweet and understanding and is helping us through the hotel side. We hope to resolve this as soon as possible. We drove 2 hours to enjoy our weekend and now we had to leave in the middle of the night. Thank you.

The bed was lumpy. Carpets had stains and tears. Elevator had tar stains. The hot tub has no seating and the temperature fluctuates from cool to warm to hot.

Horrible staff i asked them to clean my room and they just looked at me and as a left to go to the pool area they just look at me and gave me a look up and down and both started laughing i didn't happen to catch a name but one had orange hair and the other one had black hair and looked Russian and i honestly thought it was really rude. And another time i called and asked them to clean my room they said they would come before three pm and they said i had to leave the room in order for them to clean the room so i left from 11-2 pm and when i came back the room was the same as i left so i called and they said my room wasn't even on the list so i was really upset as i left for four hours and i came back to the room the same as it was. Only person who was nice was a nice sweet lady named Shannon and A woman with blonde hair both at the front desk. Rooms are vert old and not up to date, if it weren't for the view and the pool the hotel would have a one star. The food wasn't the best there were very few options and the pancakes were the farthest thing from sweet and i couldn't even swallow the eggs.
