It was very nice, the bed was comfortable, and I especially like the walk-in shower! Patricia in the 9th floor club lounge was a real gem!! She was so friendly & welcoming and SO helpful and accommodating. She made the beginning of our day, and made us feel so special. We had a great weekend. The only down side was it was hard to find a place to park your vehicle at night because the parking was so full.

We picked this hotel based on ratings and reviews. Unfortunately it did not live up to either. The first room we were given had a horrible smell so we changed rooms to the “tower” assuming that was an upgrade but the tower is under renovation which was not mentioned. The hotel overall is very worn and old. Every time the ac unit came on during the night it made a loud sound that sounded like someone opening the door. Very unnerving. Clearly we were disappointed.

The hotel is in good repair although the elevators in the tower need a refresh, Room was spacious and comfortable, good climate control. Service in the reception, lounge and the restaurant were very good. And the main reason we chose this hotel again was the pool, it's a very good size for a hotel and the pool area is clean and airy, lots of light. We also like this hotel because it is dog friendly, and it's only a short drive to get to the Oxbows offleash dog park.
