When we arrived in the room on Sat, the fridge was leaking water and made a mess all over the floor. Someone must have turned the temperature down to defrost. Housekeeping came up to check the fridge. Sunday morning, the bathtub filled up with water past my ankles when I was showering as the drain was clogged, which was pretty gross. I let the front desk know when we were checking out.

We chose this hotel as our normal hotel was full in Red Deer The check in wait time was good and the food at the lounge was good …… that was about all about the weekend away. There was very limited heat in the room, then we have a space heater which helped. No hot water in the shower at all. Called the front desk to let the maintenance department know. They said they would deal with it. Showered today in Luke warm water. Better than a cold shower. Apon checkout was not asked if we enjoyed our stay or no smile or thank you. We won’t be back to this property . Limited guest service , and not an enjoyable stay.

The hotel was nice, room was nice but the heat barely worked. We were extremely cold on the first night. I asked for and received 2 repair attempts before the service person offered a portable heater.

Nobody reads my reviews I'm sure but TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN!!!! My prior remarks in past reviews have been proven to be false and after these short remarks. I regret to announce I'm resigning my position as the official RED DEER RE$ORT & CA$INO EXPEDIA LIASON LMFAO.. This is and excellent place to have a mini vacation in your very own Alberta . Even though the winters are cold the staff here are friendly and warm maybe even hot lol . Even if someone on there team makes a mistake the rest on the staff will go above and beyond to rectify the problem . .. which lead them to one of thier only problems left .. maybe there a little to respectful and kind. Even to the people on there team who they hope maybe is just going through a faze . It's something to ponder . Maybe when someone is acting out at your work id acting out maybe the best way to rectify the problem is .is to give a little more to the person maybe a paid vacation .a little time to realize that when a person decides to spend a little extra money to stay in one of Alberta best retreats. They definitely deserve to feel like the are on a break from there lives . Stay at this resort the staff will make sure your treated like a person ! Cheers
