The staff member working this day at the front desk was amazing, but all three (yes, I requested three different rooms based on cleanliness) rooms were absolutely disgusting. Bed bug marks were on the beds, as was mascara and foundation on the pillows and giant yellow stains under the pillows. The sheets had holes in them and the final room had a bed bug in it which prompted me to leave and book a new hotel. The hotel advertised having a hot tub but it is not working and has not been for a while.

We didn't come here to shop.We came here to sleep. The check in with speedy, friendly and very helpful. Rooms are clean.There's a mall across the street, and parking was a breeze.

Bed was very uncomfortable so I slept in the chair. Neighbouring building was very run down and sketchy. Buffet breakfast and pool and staff were very nice.
