The room was really clean. However the building was freezing! My bottom lock didn't work on my door. There was also some weird thing up on the wall by the entrance that made the room very bright during the night. Breakfast buffet was delicious with so many options to choose from! Ryan helped to check us in- one of the most welcoming experiences we have had at a hotel (and we have had plenty)! This guy should be in a managerial position, he has a bright future ahead of him! Very personable, kind, smart and accommodating!

Hotel was nice, but they only had one working elevator and shut the water off before check out. I also asked the front desk to switch credit cards for me when I checked in, and they said they did it. However, the wrong card was charged. I called to ask for them to switch it, and was told a manager would return my call. We are more than a week since then and I still have not heard from a manager.
