I’m glad I didn’t pay full price, but bye bye Expedia credits for nothing. This felt like a run down hotel just trying to be fancy. The hot tub (which is why I picked this place) was out of order the two nights, 3 days I was there. When I asked the front desk about it, they looked confused like they didn’t know the pool was closed and just told me “maintenance”. Wish that was on the website when I booked. Also the “continental” breakfast was subpar and not a lot of options at all. The waffle maker was out of service, but yeah for the pancake machine I guess. If you’re looking at this place, book the best western nearby instead, it’s closer to a nice restaurant and you know what you’re getting.

Hotel is run down in general, room was dated with poor bathroom with no electrical plug in it and only two towels were supplied for me and my two children who stayed. Pool and hot tub are dated and not well maintained. Sauna was not operational. Went to sleep early as had to be at children’s sport competition by 7:30AM. Many incidents of loud disruptions during the night - what I assume was minors running down the hall, speaking loudly and even running into the door of our room. Would not return or recommend to others.

Hotel was clean and comfortable but more old and dated than appears in the pics. Breakfast was NOT included as advertised and was actually an extra charge and NOT worth it. The breakfast food was not good and poor variety, recommend skipping this part and find another option. The lounge was good

Checking was friendly and fast but once we got settled in the room, we noticed it was dirty and several things for a broken, including the tall floor lamp which was still plugged in with a blacked out bulb and the outlet hanging outside of the pool. The restaurant was absolutely terrible for room service dinner and breakfast is what they called it. I would not recommend to anyone or return.
