Claim Jumper Townhouse #14 is a charming renovated three-bedroom, three-bathroom townhouse located on the river at the midpoint of Red River. This townhome is a two-level property with one bedroom on the main level. This townhome is one of the few Claim Jumper's that have a main level bedroom. As you enter the foyer into this cozy home you will never want to leave! With comfortable furniture, flat-screen TV with satellite, and a DVD Player. Sit back and watch the flames roll through the gas log fireplace while reading a good book and drinking your nice cup of Java! Continuing on through the first level you will come to the dining area that seats 6 persons at the table, the loaded kitchen has lots of counter space, cookware and food preparation tools, dishes, glasses, and cooking utensils. Off the kitchen, you will find a bedroom furnished with a queen bed and access to the hall bathroom. Up the stairs, you will find the master bedroom complete with a king bed, TV, private bath with a walk-in shower, and a private balcony that overlooks the river and looks towards the fishing ponds. The other bedroom on this upper level contains a twin bunk bed with a twin trundle and a twin/double bunk bed. Guests here may also enjoy amenities such as straight out the door fishing; free Wi-Fi, river access, Ski-in/ski-out Platinum Chair privileges, the COMING SOON Red River Ski & Summer Area Zip Line, and a commons area that includes charcoal BBQ grills and picnic tables.

Facilities were great and proximity to ski lift was wonderful! The batteries in the door lock were out but the maintenance came the day after Christmas and fixed them promptly. Only complaint was The kitchen amenities were lacking in older pans and cooking utensils and no sponge or towels to wash or dry the dishes.

When we arrived at the property, we noticed it was very dark and outdated and had a stale smell. We were ok with that; however, as we made our way through the condo, we noticed how “filthy” the entire property was. I actually have pictures. I reached out to the rental company and shared our dissatisfaction with them. I sent them the pictures showing how incredibly dirty the unit was. After a good bit of time, I received a text back, asking if we would like another person to come clean. I explained that it would require a deep cleaning. The walls, carpet, cabinets, ceiling, bathrooms, etc. needed cleaning. We left at 11:30 am the morning after our arrival to allow the cleaning person to return to clean. When we returned, there was hardly any evidence that anything had been cleaned. The old toothpaste that dripped on the bathroom cabinet, and hardened, was still there. The carpet was so filthy. We were so unsure of the cleanliness of the beds, we all used our own blankets. We bought laundry soap to wash the towels prior to using. I could go on and on. I do not think that unit is appropriate for rental to the public. We never heard from them again to confirm our satisfaction. We have already booked our stay for next year through a different company. They should have moved us to a more suitable property and provided a partial refund. We didn’t even get so much as a phone call or text.

Fantastic location

Everything was nice and neat! The cabin was well stocked including kitchen and bed linens. All appliances worked and were easy to use. Just for reference most claim jumpers have a gas grill at each cabin; however this had only charcoal. 😳 it did have a washer and dryer.

Location!

This property is literally maybe 50 yards from the Lift house which is nice . You can ski then run over and eat lunch within minutes I will say i felt like the comforters and carpet need to have been washed and cleaned and maybe upgraded . There is a fully stocked kitchen but no can opener. Be sure to bring all seasonings, sugar and coffee that you may use. There is not any at all like some VBRO homes have. The biggest complaint I have is absolutely no storage in the kitchen. Everything has to be laid out on counter space. It was really nice having 3 separate bathrooms for all of our teenage kids Overall, it was a nice stay . They managers are quick to respond and was a super easy check in

Location Location Location

This property is right in the middle of town within walking distance to everything you could need. We loved that the river was right outside our front and back doors. We slept with the windows open downstairs and loved that you could hear the water flowing. It was clean, the property managers were great to answer our questions timely, plenty of room for our family of 5.

We loved the property and location. However we were told no animals so we left ours at home only to find most of our neighbors had animals and the couch in our place was COVERED in dog hair! They rely on you to clean the dishes but I’m guessing they don’t check the cleanliness of the dishes either. Obviously we planned to wash anything we used but didn’t plan to have to scrape food off. YUCK!!!!

Ideal location and updated condo.Upstairs bunk room wreaked of cat pee!

I was very disappointed with the horrendous pet odor considering how much we paid for the condo. Other than that it is an ideal location and tremendous property that suited our family great.
