Beautiful property! Stayed years ago when it was brand new and it’s even better than before. The remodel is gorgeous. The kids loved the pool. It’s a small area but clean and maintained.

Our stay was fine. The staff up front were nice and he had said he would go fetch a luggage cart for us, however, I assume he got busy and was unable to do so. I also called down as I saw in the photos that our room had a bath tub. I was disappointed to find out it did not and requested a room with one. The person at the front desk seemed apprehensive about switching our room and said we would “have to check out and rebook another room” in which I responded that I would not be doing that as I paid for a room with a bathtub and the photos showed the room having one. The staff then understood and stated he would see what he could do. We never heard back from him and were too tired to try to do anything else about it.
