We had booked a room on the second floor with a pool view. Unfortunately, the railing around the balcony was not safe for the children and someone could have been seriously injured. We alerted the front desk.

We agree, catching something like this in advance is super important as it allowed us to move your family to a different room and I'm pleased to advise that our Maintenance team in the days following was able to re-secure the railing to ensure this isn't an issue in the future.
