Refined interior, with exposed beams, stone walls, terracotta floors and period parquet flooring, the character of the old house has been preserved while offering the comfort and practicality of a modern home. Half-floor: entrance (cupboard), living room with wood-burning stove, large kitchen, utility room/storeroom (washing machine, tumble dryer). 1 bedroom (1 double bed), toilet. Upper level: lounge (TV), 3 bedrooms (1 double bed) (3 single beds) (1 double bed and trundle beds, private shower room and toilet, cot on request). Shower room. WC. Outside: balcony. Shared enclosed courtyard and garden. Superb views of the village, Mont Brouilly and Mont Blanc (on a clear day). Garden furniture, deckchairs, relaxation area, bowls, barbecue, parking. Organic wine tasting available at the property. Unheated underground swimming pool (4m x 8m) shared with the owners, open from 1 June to 15 September, depending on opening hours (10am-12pm and 2pm-5pm). Festive gatherings such as bachelorette or bachelor parties are not accepted.
