The only issue we had was after being parked for 3 hours, we went to go out and the car next to us hit our parked car when they left during that 3 hour time and the hotel did nothing about it.

The property was new but house kippers were no good reception was excellent the restaurant was awful bad food and the stsff needs more training

For the property being a four star hotel they don’t act like it. For example, we called to order an extra pillow. Two hours later we still didn’t receive it. We had to go get it. Secondly, when they cleaned our room they forgot to give us clean towels. The dining service is very slow, you have to flag your waitress down to get your check. Lastly, the lady at the front desk was visibly sick or had really bad allergies as she kept having to stop checking me in to blow her nose or sneeze. Not a good look because people on vacation don’t want to get sick the first day.

Property a little further from the main strip than I originally thought. Need to drive everywhere. Nice because it’s quiet. Nice BiG pool. Beautiful decor. Food that we ate was very good (just chicken fingers and fried shrimp). Beds were comfortable! Rooms were very clean. It seems cheaply made, so I don’t think it will be nice in another year or so…
