Inside this very stylish, three-story vacation rental, you'll find a well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a Keurig, and counter seating to make meal prep a breeze! Dine at the adjacent table or bust out a few board games on rainy days. After meals, relax with one of the provided books in the front sunroom or settle into one of two living areas, both with TVs for streaming all your favorite channels. You'll also find a quiet, top-floor loft with a sofa and a desk and chair perfect for remote work.

The owner provides DirecTV streaming with 140 channels and guests may stream using their own accounts on the home's smart TVs.
All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
