DISCOUNT for SUMMER RENTALS!! đŸ–ïž. This Home is unique and Special because it is Not a true rental property... It is our Beach Home!! Very well taken care of and maintained, Clean and Loved by our Family!âŁïž.
We are renting it out for others to Enjoy and make Wonderful Summer memories! 😊
This is a Great house that is very Spacious, comfortable and bright with many windows. Also, there’s a lot of outdoor space to Relax and enjoy too!! Our home has 2 living areas, dining room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, huge back screened in porch and is on a large quiet property.
We do ask that you Please respect our home while having Fun.🎉 There’s also a cabinet full of games and puzzles to play as well as multiple DVDs.
It’s truly a Lovely vacation house minutes from the many great beaches! đŸ–ïž And, a multitude of stores and restaurants all over. We’re Perfectly located about halfway between the towns of Lewes and Rehoboth Beach. About 10 min drive to each town. The House has been recently updated with many lovely features including two family rooms- one connected to kitchen, dining room, and very large master bedroom with attached full bath. Kids bedroom has bunk beds with extra twin bed and 3rd bedroom with a Queen bed.
So, plenty of privacy! Includes a large screened in back porch with dining table, couch, outdoor grill and outside patio as well! Plus a beautiful front porch to relax!
Fantastic large, Outdoor Shower that’s very private and has lights for night when needed. A great bonus is a huge private yard with trampoline in good condition. (Must be used at Owners Discretion and Care. We are Not Liable for any injuries!! Only 1 jumping at a time). 2 car parking in driveway and 2 spots off street parking, washer and dryer, Wi-Fi, and central air. Located on a quiet dead end street that is walking distance to the Midway Speedway and Water Park, movie theatre, restaurants, and Outlet Mall. Close to Wolf Neck State Park biking trails, which connect Rehoboth to Lewes Cape Henlopen State Park.
We are very accommodating and Owner will be happy to help with advice on special spots to go and explore!! 🎉
PLEASE bring your own towels and sheets (2 queen set, 3 twin sets, 1 queen set if using pull out couch).
Most of all - HAVE A GREAT TIME!

This vacation home suited us very well and was very comfortable for our visit to the area. It was centrally located between Lewes and Rehoboth, with many dining options available and grocery stores nearby. The kitchen was also very well stocked for when we chose to make our own meals.

Mother Daughther Trip

Dorothy made the trip a breeze, and it was a perfect location for all the fun activities the area has to offer. The house was well equipped with all the essential plus some. My friend and o brought our daughters and everyone had a place to sleep and plenty of room to not be on top of one another.

Very fine rental. Dorothy is very easy to work with and very responsive. You need to bring your own towels and sheets, but otherwise the house is well supplied - usually when we rent we have to buy something for the kitchen (we cook seriously) but not this time. House is well kept up. Good location - far enough from Route 1 so no road noise but close enough for easy access. Pleasant neighborhood. Road to Cape Henlopen State Park is quite close.

Perfect place

This was a home away from home. We loved this place. This was a needed vacation for me, my husband, and our two children. Many firsts happened on this trip and everything was close to the listing. Dorothy is a rock star. I am hoping she will let us come again in the future. We loved everything about this place. Delaware is a pretty amazing state. We cannot wait to return to do more and see more.

Enjoyed this Great Location!

Four lady friends enjoyed this spacious, centrally-located home between Rehoboth Beach and Lewes. We enjoyed brunches in the lovely dining room and our cocktails in the screened-in back porch. Wonderful restaurants in both Lewes and Rehoboth for dinner, just a 10 minute drive. There is also a local movie theatre for a rainy day. This house has a large outdoor shower. Book this one before everyone beats you to it!!

Lovely stay

Nice rental!

Dorothy’s home was clean and roomy for four people with a large screened in porch off the kitchen that’s lovely for dinners outside. The house is very close to a nice bike trail, old-school water park, great bagel place, and lovely beaches at cape henlopen state park. Dorothy gave us great suggestions that amounted to a relaxing beach weekend. Thx again Dorothy!

Enjoyed a couple days at the beach

The house was just off the main drag with several activities and restaurants in walking distance. There was plenty of room for the 6 of us and having two living rooms allowed different activities. The outside shower was great to clean off the sand before going in the house. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the trampoline. We highly recommend Cape Henlopen State Park and Lewes Beach for young children.

Perfect getaway

The house is super beachy/cozy! Best of both worlds: close enough to the action while far away enough to have quiet and nature. My friends and I had a blast. Please know that you have to bring your own sheets, towels, toilet paper, and paper towels. Kitchen was fully stocked with pots and pans but didn’t have items like Pam, salt and pepper, etc.

Dorothy is lovely!!

Had a four day girls’ trip with my daughter and two of her friends. The house was lovely and welcoming. It’s a simple ranch on a quiet dead end street near the outlets and go carts. The screened in porch on to the enclosed lush lawn was a nice retreat. We were close to beaches, stores and restaurants yet felt away from it all. Best of both worlds. We had everything we needed and felt welcomed. I definitely would recommend and wish Dorothy a speedy recovery.

Family Vacation

The house was clean and spacious. Plenty of places to sit and relax. It was a little too hot during our visit to enjoy the screened in porch but it is a great feature. The neighborhood is close to everything. 15 minutes to multiple beaches, and even closer to water parks, a movie theater, restaurants and shopping.

Perfect house for our family getaway. Quick drive to both downtown Rehoboth and Lewes areas. Easy access to shopping and restaurants. Loved relaxing on the screened in porch and making use of the perfectly designed outdoor shower. Kids loved the trampoline for burning off whatever energy they had left!

Lovely stay, great owner!

Our family had a wonderful stay and couldn't have asked for more. The home was welcoming, cozy and well cared for, easy to keep clean..space for everything we needed. Comfortable beds, showers (plus a very cute outdoor shower) and seating indoors and out, to enjoy a good book. It was a quick drive to the beaches, state park, and the downtown areas of Lewes Beach and Rehoboth Beach. The owner, Dorothy, communicated often-telling us about favorite places to visit along with several fantastic bike paths. It was such a relaxing and enjoyable stay...and we completely recommend!
