MAIN HOUSE (front): Features 7 spacious bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms, plus a large sitting room with antique fireplace, and an oversized, comfortable living room with a 2nd antique fireplace, a large dining room, with ample seating, kitchen with center island (seats 4), and a game room complete with kitchenette and arcade games for endless family fun.
REAR COTTAGE: A peaceful retreat with a full kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an oversized shower in the 2 person sauna room and a media room with 80" flatscreen TV and kitchenette.
UNIQUE IN REHOBOTH BEACH! Concierge Linen Service Included: All beds will be made upon arrival with freshly laundered upgraded linens and blanket. Upgraded bath towels, bathmats and kitchen towels will be provided.

The beach and boards are literally steps away. Stroll downtown to Rehoboth's famous casual and gourmet eateries and unique shops. You may also walk or hop on the Jolly Trolley to Dewey Beach to listen to some live music. NO Pets and NO Smoking. Guests pay a $950 cleaning fee for stays under 7 nights. Note: Low Ceiling Height in 1st Fl of Front House, (due to 1928 construction). The cleaning fee is included in the rent for each stay of a week or more.
The property must be occupied for the entire rental period by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement (Responsible Guest), and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Responsible Guest. The Responsible Guest must be at least 25 years of age. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals (a group rental where the Responsible Guest is NOT the legal guardian/parent of any other guests), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age.
Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This is an additional fee that will NOT be included on VRBO.

Final payments are due 30 days prior to your arrival date, and will be automatically charged to your card on file if not paid prior to the due date. VRBO BOOKINGS: This property is hosted by the management company noted as owner on this site. After booking the property you will be charged a booking fee by VRBO. ALL other fees and the rental amount will be charged by the management company and paid to the management company. Once you have booked on VRBO, you will be contacted by a representative from the management company via phone or email and you will be sent a Lodging Agreement that must be signed to confirm your reservation. Apart from damage protection, all fees associated with the booking are displayed in the VRBO booking. Unless indicated otherwise, Linens/Towels and paper products are NOT INCLUDED.
