Cute first floor apartment offers three bedrooms, two baths, central air conditioning, dishwasher, washer, dryer, fully equipped kitchen, 2 Smart TVs + 1 cable TV, WiFi, wireless internet, sleeping for 8 people with 2 queen-sized beds and 2 double bunk beds with trundle. Bathroom Layout: In the hallway is one full bath with tub, shower, toilet, sink and stack washer and dryer. The other bathroom is located in the bedroom with the Queen Bed. This bedroom has a stall shower in the room along with a separate toilet and sink. This is a unique set up so we wanted you to know where each is located! Eating in? Full sit-down dinners are possible with an extra dining table leaf and extra folding chairs. Apartment 2 East, which is on the second floor, is also available if you need additional room for a larger family! Guests pay an $115.00 cleaning fee for stays under 7 nights. Pet Friendly - 1 - 2 dogs will be considered with a $300 (an additional $150 for a 2nd dog) minimum non-refundable pet fee and addendum , depending on size and breed. The unit offers two parking spaces. Bonus: Owner provides Rehoboth Beach Parking Permits as well.

Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable.
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards and eChecks for your initial deposit. We also accept personal checks for final payments. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card. You will be provided a link to a Guest Portal where you can securely make your payments online.

VRBO BOOKINGS: This property is hosted by the management company noted as owner on this site. After booking the property you will be charged a booking fee by VRBO. ALL other fees and the rental amount will be charged by the management company and paid to the management company. Once you have booked on VRBO, you will be contacted by a representative from the management company via phone or email and you will be sent a Lodging Agreement that must be signed to confirm your reservation.
