Spacious downtown home with yard, WiFi, AC, washer/dryer - near the beach. This six-bedroom coastal beauty on Rehoboth Beach boasts comfort and a prime location. This home is perfect for large groups and families to gather. Lounge in the comfort of the living room after a fun and full day at the beach. Gather together at the long dining table for friendly competition featuring complimentary board games. Rest well in the six bedrooms, each equipped with a television (streaming only) & each boasting its own unique charm & color. The primary bedroom features an ensuite bathroom. Sit on the front porch sipping cocktails with friends and family as folks stroll down Philadelphia Street. After cooking dinner and sitting in the private and quiet backyard take a little stroll to Rehoboth Avenue for shopping and some ice cream.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the âDamage Waiverâ). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
Property was excellent. Located a short two blocks from the beach, the property has all the amenities one would want or need. We had one minor issue with a fire alarm. Called maintenance and they quickly rectified the situation. Taking a cold shower is never fun, but the master bath shower did not have hot water and it also had mold on shower ceiling. Health hazzard which needs to be rectified. With that said, the seven of us enjoyed our stay and would stay at the property again.
We enjoyed the house very much. Plenty of space for everyone and it was nice having so many bathrooms to get ready in. Few minor details had to be attended too during our stay such as missing lightbulbs and batteries for smoke detector. Shower curtain liners can afford to be changed as they were dirty. The backyard also needed a cleanup. The trash cans were over flowing, there was a random shoe in the lawn and just a bit disorganized. Otherwise, location and stay was nice. Homeowner/ property manager was very attentive. Thank you!
This was a wonderful house for our large group. It is so close to the boardwalk, beach and downtown. We walked everywhere.
It was nice to have off street parking. We would rent this house again.
This was a great house for a group in a great location. Very comfortable and had almost everything we needed. Would have appreciated at least one tiny bar of soap and a roll of TP in every bathroom when we arrived. I would recommend this house!
The downstairs room in this house looked as thought it had been flooded. There was no carpet but a cement floor with what appeared to be water damage. The house was not clean upon arrival. We cleaned up Capri suns, muffin wrappers and had to clean two bathrooms before use. The A/C was broken and while the company did come to check it could not be fixed until after we checked out. The drains in two of the showers did not work- and screen door on porch would not open or close. Overall, this house needs to be updated, cleaned including porch furniture which was dirty and uninviting.
Many pros but also consâŠ
Love the size and layout of the house and screen porch is always a plus as is the backyard grill. Numerous gathering spaces so we were not on top of each other. As previously stated, kitchen is well equipped and the location is close enough to beach, bars, shops and restaurants without being smack in the middle of it all. The management company responded to requests for additional linens, toilet paper and lock out access in a timely manner.
ButâŠthe basement is a dreary, damp, moldy space with paint peeling on the floor and ceiling and a loud pump going constantly so the pool table etc was rarely used. The linens delivered were insufficient initially and there were bathrooms without toilet paper. This required a call to the management company. While not the owners fault, kitchen dishes were filthy and a run through the dishwasher was required before using.
The management company did not seem to know the property wellâŠwhen I called prior to arriving asking about the number of refrigerators and if beach towels were supplied - I was told one fridge (there are two) and that beach towels were not provided (but they were). It was our bad luck to have the battery in the combination lock die while we were there so were locked out one evening. It took a number of calls before management responded but then they were quick to arrive with a key. A hidden key might be a good idea. And lastly, while minor, new cushions on the screen porch and new dressers in a couple of the bedrooms might be appreciated. The dresser in one room with rope pulls and torn up drawers is a little unsightly in an otherwise nicely furnished house.
