There's one private parking space behind the house, ideal for compact cars and small SUVs. For larger vehicles, or if you have a second car, the owner provides one City of Rehoboth Beach parking permit for use on non-metered streets.

It started out great,wonderful communication from the property management team. The house was very nice and clean when we got there
 we started getting dinner together and realized the stove/oven was not working. The property manager sent out the maintenance man the next day they could not fix it. Never received another communication for the property management team or an alternate idea about cooking. We had a refrigerator full of food and couldn’t cook it all weekend. We had to eat out every meal. There was five of us was very expensive. It looks like the property manager on my card gave us back 20 a day, which is disrespectful.

Nice, Clean place to stay for a Weekend

This location was nice and clean, a lovely place to stay for the weekend. We were staying there with a group of 5 adults and we found it was roomy enought o accomodate us, though it might be tight if you want more privacy.The house is within easy walking distance from restraunts, the beach and the boardwalk. Once we got our parking sorted out we didnt need to drive again for the weeeknd. The only downside was that we purchased parking passes before going into the house to find that there was a season pass available inside, so maybe check with the owner close to your reservation to make sure purchasing parking for a second car is necessary.The living room was large enough for us to all hang out in and the front porch is spacious and great even in the rain.Overall great stay for the money!

Cute beach cottage with poor management company

Let me start by saying that most of my complaints are directed at the Vacasa management company, not the owners. However, there are some things I think the owners should address... the house was nicely updated and decorated, but with wear and tear over time some things are in need of attention: many stains on the rugs, kitchen chairs, and sofas were noted. The outdoor furniture smelled bad. The extra blankets in the closet were badly stained and some were smelly. There were (food?) stains on some of the walls. Pros: HVAC was great All appliances seem new and worked well House appears to be recently renovated and has nice decor House was pretty clean (other than dish issue) Location to the beach and food was great Nice, quiet street Outdoor shower Well stocked with essentials Cons: -Upon leaving, we saw an old dish pod was left in the dishwasher meaning it probably wasn't started by the previous guests and the cleaning staff put away dirty dishes from the dishwasher, which we then used during our stay. We had noticed that many of the dishes in the cabinets had bits of food on them and did not seem clean. Disgusting! When bringing this to Vacasa's attention they responded "sorry for the inconvenience" and asked if we had started the dishwasher. When paying just shy of $2500 for a 3 night stay, I would expect better customer service than that! -There was no sheet on top bunk and comforter was left balled up -Front door was unlocked upon arrival -Stained rugs, furniture, etc.

Enjoyed stay

Bunk Bed and Keypad

Top bunk had sand in the sheets and a piece of chewed gum on the pillow. The front door keypad was confusing to operate.
