Excellent rental, but...

Very nice location and individual unit. Pool was large and well appointed. Would definitely stay here again in the future. However, be aware of what the unit description does not say - the 'consumables' are very sparse - you will definitely need to stock up on TP. There are hand soap dispensers throughout, but no shampoo/conditioner/shower gel/bar soap for the showers. Also, the TV has a very limited selection of channels - local broadcast and various QVC channels. The screen mirroring didn't seem to work, but we brought our own roku device and swapped the HDMI cable to it. Also just one TV (in the living room).

clean big two bedroom. great multi use court in complex for pickleball, tennis or basketball. great bike path nearby and easy bike to town and beach.

Great Location

Terrific location off of route 1. Very nice condo, clean and spacious. Only "complaint" is that there is there are very limited channels on TV, just the very basic 10 channels with NO sports. No big deal for most people, I'm sure.

Perfect location

Awesome neighborhood close to Rehoboth on east side of route 1. Biking every where was so easy. Right outside the neighborhood is access to the Lewes- Rehoboth bike trail. We rode to breakfast in Rehoboth each morning. Condo is lovely and very clean which is so important to us.

Beach Getaway

Had a wonderful time in this condo. It was near to everything, yet quiet at night. Really enjoyed the pool, which had plenty of shade cover, and the small fitness center. Place has more than enough towels, well appointed kitchen and even had some laundry detergent available. Would definitely go back.

Nice place!

The condo was clean, bright, and comfortable. I found it matched the description well. The community pool is a fantastic amenity and is close to the unit. Check-in communication was a bit clunky and traffic getting into Rehoboth was a daily challenge but overall, our stay was enjoyable.

Meticulous and well decorated!

This was my first time renting out the condo. I just needed a nice quote weekend away! And I was NOT disappointed. Everything was VERY clean (which is important to me). It was a nice quiet area and very close to essential things like the supermarket, restaurants, and the beach!
