Unfortunately the hotel was being refurbished when we were there so the car park was not accessible, the entrance was via scaffolding stairs and the reception and breakfast room were a bit makeshift. Our room itself was fine and recently renovated. Breakfast was poor with very bad coffee. Once building work is finished it will probably be fine, quite central location.

The statement of being under remavation is a gross understatement. It’s completely inaccessible other than a makeshift staircase. Construction going on all day. No AC. Not as advertised.

I was told there was construction outside the building that would impact parking and so I made accommodations. There was drilling happening right outside my room before 9a that woke me up and completely disrupted my entire stay. I told the front desk as it would not stop and they said they would tell the manager so I could talk to someone and they never followed up with me. I am shocked that this hotel would offer rooms that have active construction with loud and disturbing sounds.

Ce sera trÚs bien, une fois les travaux finis...pour cette fois nous etions contents de trouver une chambre trÚs bien rénovée avec clim,santaire impeccable, bien équipée ,agréable et pratique.Bonne literie,sauf les oreillers énormes.Pas encore de parking, de restaurant, pt déjeuner moyen. Pour finir hÎtel trÚs bien situé , a l'accÚs difficile avec des bagages : le monte charge empestait l'urine et ne fonctionnait pas, aucune proposition d'aide ,ca ne pourra que s'améliorer !

The renovations affected the standard (severe drilling during day, no parking garage) but will be nice when finished. Friendly and helpful staff . Not possible to control temperature in room, so if you prefer to sleep colder than 23 degrees then it is an issue.

The three C's Comfort, Cleanliness and Convenience

24 hour manned reception which was helpful as we were late arriving. Because of renovations, parking was not available next to the hotel, but didn't prove a problem. Easy walking distance to the city centre and Reims Cathedral, and despite late hour, plenty of restaurants still open for dinner. Bed comfortable and linen and bathroom all spotlessly clean. Substantial breakfast inclusive of cereals, toast, croissants, juices and we lacked for nothing. Pleasant, helpful staff and a very convenient stopover for us as we drove through France to Italy.
