Quietly located in a 17th century residence classified as a historic monument, the apartment is located on the 1st floor (no elevator) and can accommodate up to 4 travelers for a professional stay or a tourist visit to Rennes. Its contemporary and warm decoration blends perfectly with the history of the place.

The accommodation is composed as follows:

- A bright living room with a view of the Psalette courtyard. The living room includes: a sofa bed, a TV, a dining area.
- An equipped kitchen: combined oven, hob, sink, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee maker, filter coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, kettle, washing machine...

The apartment is close to all amenities, restaurants, transport and parking (Lices parking lot). You can do everything on foot.

Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park at Place des Lices, parking open from 4 a.m. to 9 p.m.
