With a surface area of 75m², the flat is located on the 2ᵉ floor (no lift) and can comfortably accommodate up to 6 travelers. It includes a very large living room, a modern kitchen, 3 beautiful bedrooms and two bathrooms.

The accommodation is composed as follows:

- A spacious, bright living room with sofa, TV and dining area
- A brand-new, fully-equipped kitchen with toaster, coffee machine, dishwasher and hob
