This house definitely was awesome! We did not use all 3 rooms but it is very spacious. Love the shower. Love the countertops. Love the fact you can really tell the owners cater to pets. There was a doggy door and a kitty door with both separate areas enclosed. There was also a cat run on the ceiling. The house has pretty much everything you need and the neighborhood is quiet. 5 out of 5

Beautiful house, huge living room and kitchen area. Great patio for relaxing, I wish the water feature in the backyard was running. The house is pet friendly, we did not have our dogs with us on the trip. Wonderful neighborhood.

It was a nice stay we enjoyed it. We had the master bedroom that was very nice the spare bedroom I wish I was the same level of craftsman but it was still a great stay for our family of 6. Thank you!

Overall, very good rental. Beds were comfortable, house was clean. Nice amenities. Only issue we had was home was 87 when we arrived. We turned thermostat down to 68 and went to dinner. Came back 2 hours later home was still 80. Clearly undersized central A/C unit takes a VERY long time to bring down temps. Even the second day we were there the AC could not keep up with 100 Degree outside temps. Would be nice to have it at 78 or less when you know guests are arriving that day. would have also been nice to have access to washer and dryer, but I guess that’s for longer stays. And no can opener. Otherwise, we would definitely stay again. Just hopefully on not such hot days!!

Great Reno Property

Went for a few days to Reno for my daughter’s college graduation. This place was perfect. Super clean, close to the school, easy to get to. A little difficulty with the code to get in but the property manager was super communicative and fixed it right away.

Great Location

We were in Reno for a winter graduation at UNR. This house was perfect, close to everything, especially campus. The house is so spacious and very pet friendly, even caught beautiful pictures of sunset and sunrise from backyard! The booking/check in process was straight forward, easy parking, and house was clean. Thanks for a great stay, would definitely recommend!

Property was nice but the living room furniture was in poor condition with only one couch. Definitely needs more seating accommodation in the living room. Kitchen was very nice and had plenty of pots and pans. Bedrooms were adequate. Enjoyed the open floor plan!

Nice place, just needs some cleanliness attention

The place is very nice. The kitchen and accommodations were great. Views were amazing. It needs some character and maybe some board games or something. We found some socks from another guest on the floor and some of the dishes still had food on them. Overall awesome place.

Perfect location for Balloon races

We were planning on going to the balloon races but little did we know we were going to have a balloon land on our cul de sac. It was the most awesome experience ever. The house was clean, air conditioner perfect, yard was secure for our small dog. Would love to see seating for six in the living room. Maybe an end table.

Good property

Overall I was very happy with this property. It was very clean and was easy to get anywhere in town. Problems like a light not working addressed with the manager were addressed promptly. Bed and pillows were comfortable. It was quiet and has a beautiful view of the valley and mountains. My only issue is that the kitchenware (pots and pans) were really beat up/scratched and should be replaced. I would suggest to the owner an inventory of what is there and be more intentional about it. There are things that don't make sense (a whisk for a kitchen aid mixer- no mixer) and basic things (a vegetable peeler or sharper table knifes/steak knives) that weren't there.

Great House and Location

Stayed here for my daughters college graduation. The property is 6 minutes away which made is absolutely smooth for us to get there. House is very spacious and clean really enjoyed it as well as the doggy run that was accessible for our pup. Thank you
