Wonderful stay at this new, modern Hyatt Place!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our two night stay at Hyatt Place Reno. Every staff member we interacted with was professional and friendly. Our room was large, modern and very comfortable. We enjoyed the modern furnishings throughout the hotel and loved the outdoor seating options. The optional breakfast was beautifully presented with many food choices including sausages, pancakes, French toast, eggs, fresh mixed fruit and vanilla yogurt with multiple toppings to add. Our only disappointments were with the pool and jacuzzi. The jacuzzi was apparently closed for repair, although there wasn’t a sign stating so, and we discovered this when we stepped in to cold water. The pool was large and kept at an adequately cool temperature, but the water had a terrible odor which made us question the cleanliness and upkeep. We look forward to a return visit to this location which is located conveniently next to great shopping, dining and entertainment.

We had a great stay... hotel is beautiful the room spacious and ammenities wonderful. The breakfast was the most beutiful layout i have ever experienced and so many options.

Very nice hotel but beware of the 4th floor

Hotel is new and very clean. The room was very spacious and comfortable. Good location within walking distance to Trader Joe’s! Our room was on the 4th floor and I think the hotel’s big A/C condenser was right above us. It loudly rumbled intermittently all night and vibrated the headboard of the bed. I mentioned it to the staff, but she seemed very uninterested in my comment. The hotel is nice enough that I will return but will definitely request a lower floor next time.

too many thing down is a normally nice family hote

service, nice TV AC, shower are nice. Has a small Gym, pool and spa are closed and sign is hard to find. wifi issue, I had problem get to the splash screen then I figured out it was singal issue bu my bad in room 214. had to get up to sign in but hotel staff had no idea for hours. ice maker /water refill station on second floor is down. parking cost extra (but says free on the booking website) and so bottle water (stays free but small fine print says for member only). TV check out is down too.

It was a nice new hotel. Very clean and staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was $8.00 a person which i thought was ridiculous for the price you pay to stay and a hotel in a shopping mall parking lot. It is not clear on some of the hotel sites that you have to pay either but are told that when checking in. Cleaning ladies were very nice as well and super helpful if you needed anything. Overall nice hotel.
