Booked two rooms and ended up having to pay resort fees twice versus one transaction which also charged an additional “hold fee”. Normally I wouldn’t complain as I knew there’d be a resort fee, the process though, took forever to check in

While the staff was wonderful, room clean, quiet and comfy, the elevators were a NIGHTMARE! Every attempt to leave or go to the room (we were on 8th floor) required a 20 to 30 minute timeline as only half the elevators were in operation. Although folks staying at the hotel and suffering the never-ending delay to go up or down were joking about how ridiculous the wait was, and how overly full each car was, it wasn't amusing when several guests learned (lots of time to chat while waiting for the elevator to arrive) that attempting to finally use the stairwell lead to nightmare #2: once in the stairwell, all of the doors to gain entry to another floor were LOCKED! The only way out of the hotel was the street level door that threatened alarms when opened. No alarm sounded, no security came rushing after us, but we were finally out! To again return to the elevator in order to get to our parked car! While we as guests really made light of the issue while there, the situation begs the question: What if there had been an actual emergency and guests ended up locked in the stairwell?!

Hotel location was great, being linked to two other hotel’s & casino. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was also quite good. Downtown being revitalized but still sketchy at night so having the three hotels linked (The Row) was great.

Hotel had 2 elevator’s working only for the entire tower, we waited between 45 mins to 1hr to go up or down every time we need to leave or get back into the room. Very inconvenient and got in the way in my vacation plans. I asked if I could be moved to lower floor to used stairs since there was so much issues with the elevator, but was turn away, no accommodation could be possible. Overall was a very negative experience for all people.
