The 65 sqm semi-detached house is located in a quiet, beachfront small cottage area. Here you can hear the sound of the sea and make yourself comfortable in every season. The house was newly renovated in early 2019 family-friendly in country house style. Two separate bedrooms with a double bed (180x200 cm) or 2 single beds offer enough space for 4 people. In addition to the bedrooms is a shower room with toilet on the first floor. On the ground floor there is a guest toilet and the open living / dining area with fully equipped kitchen. The exterior of the house includes a parking space and a shed. The small hedged garden with terrace and barbecue area offers rest and relaxation. Garden furniture and two beach chairs are of course available.

Urlaub mit kleinen Abstrichen
Alles in allem hat es uns gut gefallen. Wir wurden nett begrüßt, aber leider wurde uns nicht genau gesagt wohin wir müssen. Es war aufgrund der Nummern und Namen an den Häusern eher schwierig zu finden. Ebenso wäre eine Mitteilung bzgl. der Parksituation sinnvoll. Mit einem großen Auto hatte man wenig Platz zum rangieren. Ebenso wäre der Grill nicht nutzbar und erst auf Nachfrage wurde sich gekümmert. Die Sender beim Fernseher sind nicht sortiert, man sucht z.B. ARD auf Platz 304. Es gab auch die ganze Zeit Störungen beim TV, so dass man nicht schauen konnte. Auf Nachfrage sollte es eine Störung bei O2 geben, mehr Hilfe gab es leider nicht. Die Kissen und Decken auf dem Sofa bedürfen einer gründlichen Reinigung, würde weitergegeben. Sonst eine gute Lage und trotzdem schöner Aufenthalt.

wunderbarer Urlaub
Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben wunderschön, sehr sauber, alles vorhanden was man für einen guten Urlaub braucht.
Der Strand ist fussläufig zu erreichen und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ebenso.
Ich würde diese Wohnung jederzeit weiter empfehlen.

In dieser liebevoll, durchdachten, einfach hervorragend eingerichteten und ausgestatteten FeWo fehlte es uns an nichts - selbst ein herbstlicher Regentag fiel hier nicht weiter ins Gewicht.

Kleines, gepflegtes Ferienhaus mit guter Ausstattung
Das Haus wurde 2019 neu in gemütlichem Landhausstil eingerichtet. Viele liebevolle maritime Details runden es noch ab. Die Küche ist umfangreich ausgestattet, es sind zahlreiche hochwertige Geräte, Töpfe, Pfannen und viel Geschirr vorhanden. Bettwäsche und Handtücher müssen selbst mitgebracht oder extra bestellt werden. Eine schöne eingewachsene Terrasse zum Essen ist auch vorhanden.

Schöner Aufenthalt
Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserem Ferienhaus. Mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, kleine Aufmerksamkeiten zur Anreise. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Bequeme Betten und eine tolle Lage. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und bedanken uns :)
Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt ist die Bestätigung bzgl. des überwiesenen Geldes. Es wäre schön diesbezüglich eine schnellere Rückmeldung zu erhalten, da man sich andernfalls bereits im Vorfeld Gedanken macht, dass der Urlaub evtl nicht stattfindet usw.
