Our extended weekend away, was absolutely amazing. Rose was very responsive, and easy to communicate with. Check process went smooth and easy. The kids had a blast playing soccer on the soccer field, enjoyed the swimming and game room. With so much to do for all ages, and personalities, there were no complaints. Everyone was so intrigued with the property, unplugging from phones, tablets and gaming was not even a second thought. Waking up to early morning sightings of deer and other wildlife was magical. The seclusion of the property makes you feel like you are miles away from everything, even though you were not. Our family definitely plans to return and explore this property again in all the other seasons. You won't be disappointed.

Family fun

The pickleball Ranch checks all the boxes. All the family under one roof for a wonderful weekend. First time playing pickleball and it was a blast with a quick dip in the pool to cool off afterwards. The host was very attentive for all our needs

Perfect Family Reunion Spot

The Pickleball Ranch was the setting for our family reunion. The salt water pool was enjoyed every day! The game room was a huge hit with the air hockey, basketball game, and more... The trampoline, porch swing and large field in the front of the house meant there was something for everyone. We enjoyed walks around the gravel trail and up into the neighborhood. Deer visited the property everyday and it is a beautiful setting. The inside of the house is roomy with lots of space for everyone to relax! Hoping we make it back someday.

Amazing Farmhouse with Activities for All to Enjoy!

The farmhouse was so beautiful and it was a perfect setting for our family get together celebrating our sisters birthday. We made some truly lasting memories. We especially loved all the outdoor activities and amenities. There was something for everyone to enjoy, and the kids had an amazing time exploring. The charm of the home and the natural surroundings made everything so special. We definitely look forward to coming back again!

Pickleball Retreat

We have worked hard to build a community of friends through our shared live of pickleball. This house allowed us two days of bonding and fun. The laughter never stopped.

Even better than expected!

We recently stayed at the Pickleball Ranch and couldn't believe how amazing the property was. Our trip was a quick weekend get away with friends and the location was close enough to Folsom and Placerville, nearby Red Hawk Casino and Apple Hill. We chose the property due to the pickleball court and it was perfect! the pictures in the listing don't do it justice, as the court was much more impressive in person, the pool was massive (we thoroughly enjoyed the pool basketball hoop) and the kitchen and bedrooms were very spacious and clean. With all the space, it was perfect for all of the guests to enjoy themselves, we were even able to spread out a bit. While some were enjoying the pool, others could play pickleball, relax on the porch swing, play soccer in the front yard or enjoy the house. It was such a memorable stay, in an amazing location and the hosts were very pleasant and easy to work with. We very much look forward to staying again in the future!
