Villa Anna stands apart from the typical offerings in the rental market, bearing the mark of meticulous attention and care from its owners, Anna, Teri, and their children. Prior to being available for rent, it was a cherished family retreat, evident in every detail, especially the meticulously tended garden, lovingly cultivated by Anna and Teri`s children.
This expansive villa spans 320 sq.m., with an additional 100 sq.m. of balconies, providing ample space for up to 13 guests. The interior boasts a spacious living room adorned with a fireplace, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and all the modern amenities for a comfortable stay. Additionally, a separate apartment on the ground floor, at pool level, offers two more bedrooms, a living room, and a kitchenette.
Surrounded by balconies offering sweeping views of the landscape and sea, the villa immerses guests in the natural beauty of the surroundings. Outside, an 80 sq.m. swimming pool awaits, bordered by sun loungers for relaxation. A dedicated playground ensures entertainment for younger guests, while there is also a BBQ area and a ping pong table for you to enjoy. And for those inclined toward sports, a basketball court provides a venue to showcase their skills.

A very large swimming pool of 80 sqm starting at 0.8 up to 2.8 depth, a private road leading to the parking of the villa for up to 3 cars, a BBQ, lounge seats, dining table and chairs and one of the most beautiful gardens you will ever see in a 4 acres private land.

Rethymnon is the capital of the prefecture of the same name. It lies between the other two large towns - Herakleion to the east (at a distance of 80 kms.) and Chania to the west (at a distance of 60 kms). Rethymnon is a blend of modern and old-time dignity and charm. It has a population of about 20,000 inhabitants and is the administrative and commercial centre of the prefecture, as well as a communications centre. It is well provided with travellers facilities and prides itself on its cultural activity and its significant presence in the general cultural life of the island, much of which is centered around the Faculty of Letters of the University of Crete, established here. Artistic events are regularly organized, as are exhibitions, plays, concerts and lectures. Rethymnon is linked by bus with the main towns and villages of the prefecture and also with Heraklion and Chania. Rethymnon has no airport, but it does have regular connections with the Chania airport.
A car is recommended for your transportation. We can organize a transfer in order to come to the villa and the day after rental cars can be delivered at the property (extra charge).

1. You can arrive at your accommodation after 15:00 on the Arrival Date of your holiday and you must leave by 11:00 on the Departure Date. But in any case if you wish to arrive earlier or depart later than the mentioned hours feel free to contact us and we will fulfill your request if the villa is available with no extra cost. If your arrival will be delayed, you must contact us so that alternative arrangements can be made. If you fail to do so you may not be able to gain access to the Property. If you fail to arrive by midday on the day after the Arrival Date and you have not contacted us, we may treat the booking as having been cancelled by you.
2. People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not enter the property or stay overnight in the property. Any kind of Party for more than the people staying in the property must be informed prior booking the villa, which in some cases it might not be accepted and if accepted extra charge might apply. In case you do so, we can refuse to hand over the Property to you, or can require you to leave. We will treat any of these circumstances as a cancelation of the booking by you and we shall be under no obligation to refund you for any fees already paid to us
in those circumstances. Any refund will be at our sole discretion
3. Every effort has been made to ensure that you have an enjoyable and memorable holiday. If however, you have any cause for complaint it is important that action is taken as soon as possible. It is essential that you contact us if any problem arises so that it can be speedily resolved. It is often extremely difficult (and sometimes impossible) for us to resolve difficulties properly unless we are promptly notified. In particular, complaints of a transient nature(example: electric power issues, warm water is out etc.) cannot possibly be investigated unless you will let us know as soon as possible whilst you are in residence.
Also after staying in the property for 48 hours and we have not received any message or email from you about any broken facilities/amenities in the property, we will hold the guest responsible for any damages caused and must be paid or replaced by the guest on spot.
4. Smoking is Not allowed in the properties so we request all of our guests not to smoke in the properties
but to smoke outside on the exterior areas such us by swimming pools, balconies, verandas, patios or terrace
5. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. Cleaning and linnen change is done every 3/4 days.
In case you wish for the villa to be cleaned more often, itâs possible for an extra charge.
6. Hot Tub: No children under the age of 5 permitted in hot tubs at any time without adult supervision. When using the hot tub, remember there is a certain health risk associated with this facility. Use at your own risk. Our housekeepers drain, sanitize, refill and replenish chemicals in all tubs prior to your arrival therefore it may not be warm until later that evening.
7. Pool: The pool is not covered, built to the standards of the Greek Tourism Organization EOT. Parents have full responsibility for supervision of their minor children No children under the age of 12 permitted the pool at any time without adult supervision. When using the pool, remember there is a certain health risk associated with this facility. Use at your own risk.
8. Fireplace: The fireplace is working with wood which will be provided.
9. Tenants agree to respect the property. In case of any damage that will be made, the tenants will have to pay the cost on the spot and before leaving the villa
10. The owner agrees to provide a clean home, cleaned just before the arrival of tenants.
Cleaning is done by us, changing towels and bed linen is included in the price.
11. Up to 9 people only the main villa with the 4 bedrooms will be rented and not the apartment.
