With 4 comfortable bedrooms and 4 modern bathrooms, the villa can accommodate up to 10 people (8 in the bedrooms and 2 on the comfortable living room sofa), offering comfort and privacy for all guests.

In 2026, the villa was completely renovated with new furniture and bedrooms, while new spaces were created to elevate your experience. A new area has been added on the rooftop with panoramic views of the Aegean Sea and the mountains, ideal for moments of absolute tranquility, meditation, or a glass of wine at sunset.

A private garden, with a well-maintained environment and complete isolation, is the perfect spot to read, write, or simply get lost in the sounds of nature — without anyone being able to see you.

The villa is fully equipped with all modern electrical appliances: new kitchen, new refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, toaster, kettle, and coffee makers (espresso & French press). Enjoy free high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the villa. You don`t need to bring anything — you`ll find everything here.

We welcome you with traditional Cretan hospitality: you`ll find locally produced honey, raki, Cretan wine, and a large basket of fresh seasonal fruits and vegetables from our own gardens. All cultivated with care, without chemicals.

• We will personally welcome you upon arrival to hand over the keys and give you a tour of the villa.

• We also provide a self check-in system with a smart lock and code that you will receive before your arrival, in case of late arrival.

• Check-in hours are from 16:00 and check-out until 10:00. Flexible hours can be arranged upon request.

• Private parking for 2 cars is available on the property.

• Guests have exclusive access to the entire villa, private pool, garden, veranda, and rooftop.

• Access to the villa is via 10 steps from the parking area. There is also a ramp for easy luggage transport.

• We provide detailed access instructions and a map with local points of interest after booking.

• We are available 24/7 via phone or messages for any assistance you may need during your stay.

📱 COMMUNICATION WITH GUESTS

• We are available to communicate via the Airbnb platform.

• Before your arrival, we will contact you to confirm your arrival time and send you detailed access instructions and the entry code.

• Depending on your arrival time, I will be there to welcome you. If this is not possible due to your arrival time, I will provide you with all necessary information and monitor your arrival until you safely enter the villa. In this case, I would be happy to meet you personally the following morning.

• We have also placed a comprehensive guide inside the villa with all the information you need, from which you can see and understand all available options. Of course, I will explain everything to you personally as well.

• Throughout your stay, I am your personal advisor for anything you might need - I will always be there for you to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

• During your stay, we completely respect your privacy. However, we are always available 24/7 for any assistance you may need.

• We can recommend local restaurants, beaches, attractions, and activities tailored to your interests.

• We speak fluent Greek and English, and can communicate basically in German and French.

• We live nearby and can be at the villa within 15 minutes if needed.

🏠 HOUSE RULES

• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa. It is only allowed in outdoor areas.
• Please respect the neighbors and avoid excessive noise after 23:00.
• No parties or events without prior arrangement.
• Please use electrical appliances carefully and turn off lights and air conditioning when leaving the villa.
• The pool does not have a lifeguard - use at your own risk. Children must always be supervised.

AIR-CONDITIONING
If your villa is fitted with air conditioning, please follow the instructions below to operate it. Please note, a/c is included in your holiday price.
To operate:
All windows and doors must be closed, before the a/c will operate.
On the mode button, set the dial on to the picture of a snowflake.

BARBEQUE
If your villa has a barbeque, charcoal and firelighters can be purchased from supermarkets and petrol stations.
Please take particular care with the barbecue. Nearby plants and trees are flammable. Never leave the barbecue unattended and extinguish it completely after use.

BREAKAGES
Please report any breakages or damages to us as soon as possible, so that we can arrange for the items to be replaced for you. Please do not take household towels, rugs, blankets or garden furniture away from the villa as they may become stained, lost or broken.
