1.5 hours from Clermont-Ferrand, 1.5 hours from Lyon and less than an hour from St Etienne, in the Loire gorges, is the village of Retournac. The house is located on a plot of approximately 1500 m², it has two terraces, one facing east, the other west. The main room, equipped with a wood stove, is composed of a kitchen, a living room and a lounge area and toilet.

Upstairs, a landing converted into a lounge area: library which serves: a bedroom equipped with a 140 cm bed and a second equipped with a 90 cm bed, a bathroom and a toilet.

All-inclusive rates including: bed linen and towels for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning (however, the cottage must be tidied, the bins and dishwasher emptied, the bed linen grouped in the same place, and the toilets must be in a correct state of cleanliness), heating and electricity within the limit of reasonable and reasonable consumption (16Kwh/day) - if there is a large excess, it will be payable on site to the owners.
