If you need to stay overnight at the airport, this place is perfect. Just realize that there is NOTHING else nearby.
Iceland has very little travel options so, your only food options are at the hotel. The room has nice hardwood floors and is decently large. The beds are two singles pushed together, which isn't great, but it's fine. No AC, and while Iceland is often cold, if you do open the window then you'll hear the noisy airport.
It was a very safe, clean, and convenient location next to the airport. The hotel staff was minimally interested in us, but we didn't speak any Icelandic, so maybe that was the difference.

It was great for the location to the airport for our 13hr layover, however I wouldn't want to spend more that 1 night there. The beds were comfy, but the blankets on the bed are not big enough for 2 people in the doubles. Amenities are light, front desk staff isn't the friendliest or very helpful.
great location right next to the airport. shuttle services from the airport were available as well to explore the rest of the area. our room was clean and nice.

Over priced
It wasnt worth the price we paid for 1 night stay. There was no refrigerator. Just the 2 beds and a bathroom with towels. TV with a few channels. Nothing else.
The property was as advertised. Within walking distance of the airport terminal, it was a very clean well maintained albeit basic hotel. Restaurant facilities were limited, and it stood in isolation from other facilities.
The hotel is a 3 minute walk from the airport, so very convenient for travelling. However, if you want to go shopping, site-seeing etc, not the hotel for you. That said, great staff, great breakfast offered, all in all an excellent hotel for travellers.
I was staying overnight before the flight. For this purpose it was absolutely ok.

An ideal place to spend our last night before our trip home, since it is only a five minutes walk to KEF so we don’t need to rush out in the morning. The hotel offers all the basic, clean, friendly staff and a good breakfast.
Convenient location if you’re arriving to Keflavík late at night - you can’t beat a 3 minute walk across the parking lot to get to your room.
I wouldn’t use this is as a home base for my whole trip simply because it’s too removed from all the popular tourist sites.
Definitely worth staying at on your arrival or departure days.
Very nice to have a hotel next to the airport. Problem is, with a flight cancelled by one of the airlines, they had no room to store luggage. We arrived at 11 am and were told we’d have to wait until 2 pm to check in. I had 3 rooms booked and luckily one was ready. Thought they might not charge me an early check in fee as baggage storage was full, but they did. Not sure how I feel about that, but paid and went about the day. In hindsight, wish I stayed in Reykjavik an extra day didn’t have to deal with these problems. Hotel was perfectly average.
