Great hotel in the center of Reykjavik! It was right on one of the main entertainment strips, but sat back in so it was nice and quiet. We were steps away from restaurants and dining and just a few doors down from our favorite night time entertainment at the Bookstore Bar!

The hotel itself was fine, but was not too happy after incorrect information given by a hotel staff member resulted in a $400 morning trying to get back to the airport. When I arrived, they were out if guest parking (fine), I then asked the reception attendant where i could park overnight and he gave me the address of a parking ramp nearby. He did not mention that you can’t get the car out until 7am despite having a code with the ramp and I had a flight the next morning at 7:30am. This resulted in a $200 taxi ride to the airport (yes, Iceland is insanely expensive) and another $200 fee for the rental company to go pick up the car. All of this could gave been avoided with some communication as it was not clear that once your car was in the garage you could not access it with your code between certain hours.

Great place to stay in Reykjavik! Super convenient location, close to a parking garage and easy to walk everywhere from here. It’s also near the Lewbowski Bar, our favorite bar in Reykjavik. The room was large and comfortable, and I’d absolutely stay here again.

Hotel and staff were great!! The location to shopping and other attractions was perfect! The room was quiet in spite of how close we were to the main area of traffic and people. Room was all that we needed and more.

Great hotel and excellent location. The breakfast is really exceptional with lots of fruit choices, meats, breads, cereal, etc. rooms are on small side, but we had two chairs for sitting. Very professional and helpful front desk. We stayed here twice, two days each time and everything was consistently good.

Location, Location, Location!!! Lots of shops/resturants that are walking distance. Close to bus stops. Rooms were spacious, bathroom was small which was kind of the norm for Iceland. Would stay at this hotel again.
