Great location. We came off a cruise and were able to get a room earlier than expected. Very walkable location! It was a short walk to Bus stop #1, which is where we were picked up for other excursions.

Great hotel and GREAT service!

Location is perfect for central city, yet not noisy at night. Front of house staff was great, but especially Poom. He went out of his way to make our stay perfect!

The Centrum is highly rated for a number of reasons. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the location is great being highly walkable with many restaurants nearby. You will not be disappointed.

Comfy Stay and Convenient to Sites

Nice room, had everything we needed. Front desk staff members were friendly and responsive. It was unusually hot when we were there, so on the 4th floor with no AC, sleeping was tough. Window opened and front desk provided a fan which did help.

The position of this hotel is excellent, particularly if you are going to go out on trips as a pick-up point for most companies is literally a minute away! Staff are very friendly and helpful. I appreciate that the hotel is aiming to be more eco-friendly but I have to say that that I didn't really like the 'opt in ' aspect of house keeping - nothing would be done in your room unless you specifically asked for it by a particular time the day before. Presumably things like toilet paper wouldn't be topped up - I'm glad I didn't have to go and ask for more! I wasn't staying too long and felt guilty about asking for cleaning etc.and therefore didn't have anything done. With hindsight I would have asked for my room to be cleaned on alternate days when I checked in. I much prefer an 'opt out' system - for example putting towels in the bath if you want them replaced.

I liked the fact that it was walkable to shopping, excursion stop & restaurants. I didn't like that my room had to be changed due to the low slanted roof of hotel - hit head because it was over bed, Was considered to be a superior room. Ended up in a standard room.
