After WOW Airlines abruptly ceased operations, we were unable to take our holiday to Iceland. While Travelocity did their best to to recoup our travel expenses, Icelandair Hotel Reykjavik Natura flat out refused to reimburse any of the cost associated with their hotel. They stated that because the airline ceasing operations was not their doing, they wouldn't provide a refund. Very disappointed. Stayed here a few years back and enjoyed the stay, never again.
