The spacious, luxurious, 5-star villa, furnished in a rustic and romantic style, is perfect for spending a wonderful time with family or friends!

The villa is very spacious and luxurious with a wellness area (whirlpool for 7 people, sauna) and KIno with 14 chairs. The house also has its own bar with a real tap, pool table and table football.
You have access to 12 bedrooms and 10 bathrooms.

Of course, everything to enjoy optimally: large living room, beautiful dining room, kitchen with all appliances, a spacious garden with different seats. The back yard has a heated grill hut where you can grill all year round

Perfekt für Großfamilie und/oder Gruppen

Wir sind zwei Großfamilien, die die Weihnachtswoche im Backemoor sehr genossen haben. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der große und gemütliche Gemeinschaftsraum, aufgeteilt in Esszimmer und Wohnzimmer, dazu noch weihnachtlich geschmückt, so dass man sich wirklich wohl fühlen konnte! Außerdem gab es genügend Schlafzimmer, Bäder, Toiletten, so dass jeder auch die Möglichkeit hatte, sich zurückzuziehen. Toll, natürlich auch die Bar und der Billardraum. Obwohl das Wetter in der gesamten Woche sehr schlecht war, hat das Haus uns so viele Freizeitmöglichkeiten geboten, dass uns nicht langweilig wurde. Besonderen Dank auch an Willi, der bei Problemen sofort zur Stelle war.

Rundum zufrieden

Wir haben unsere Hochzeit im Haus mit den engsten Freunden und Familie gefeiert. Wir waren daher eine gemischte Gruppe von einem Alter von 10 Wochen bis 73 Jahren. Vorab war der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter schon sehr nett. Auf Anfrage war ein Hund auch kein Problem und durfte für 10 Euro pro Nacht auch mitgenommen werden. Wir wurden vor Ort von dem Verwalter des Hauses (Willi, ein sehr sympathischer und lustiger Mann) empfangen. Er hat uns das Haus gezeigt und alles erklärt. Der Kicker, das Kino, Billiard und der Whirlpool wurden gern genutzt. Die Bäder sind im Übrigen auch alle prima. Da es keine Bilder im Internet gibt, waren wir da erst etwas unsicher...Neben dem Esszimmer gibt es sogar ein Bad mit Wickeltisch und einen Aufsatz für die Toilette für Kleinkinder. Hochstühle sind auch vorhanden. Die Zimmer sind alle hübsch eingerichtet. Wir hatten ein tolles Wochenende in dem Haus mit sehr leckerem Essen von der Fleischerei Kösters aus Strücklingen. Wir haben Willi nur empfohlen noch Mückengitter im Nebengebäude anzubringen,weil wir total zerstochen waren. Für Verbesserungsvorschläge war er sehr offen. 😄

Schön und gut ausgestattet

Wir waren mit Freunden vor Ort. Das Haus ist sehr schön und gut eingerichtet. Billiard, Kicker, Kino sowie schöne Rasenflächen für SpikeBall etc. Sauna und Whirlpool in einem separaten Haus. Für die Kinder gibt es ein Spielzimmer. Grill mit Grillhütte, somit auch bei Regen alles nutzbar. Top Küche mit zwei Kühlschränken. Zimmer waren praktisch eingerichtet und sauber. Kontakt super freundlich vor Ort. Kann man definitiv weiterempfehlen an größere Gruppen.

Kurzurlaub

Wir haben einen Familienausflug (von 2 Jahren- 82 Jahren) in Ostfriesland genossen. Viele Möglichkeiten sich zu beschäftigen (Kino, wii, Kicker, Billard und viele selbstmitgebrachte Spiele) Spielzimmer für die Kleinen mit Rutsche war ein Selbstgänger. Die Grillhütte hat allerdings noch einen kleinen Sanierunsstau.

Wirklich gute Location

sehr gut eingerichtete und auch für entsprechend viele Leute ausgestattete Unterkunft in ruhiger, ländlicher Lage. Die Ausstattung mit Grill- und Wellnessbereich, Poolbillard und Tischkicker gefällt, insgesamt ist das eine klare Empfehlung :)

Sehr gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus. Es gibt sogar einen Mixer, Topflappen und Kuchenformen. Bei den Kindern kamen Spielzimmer und Kino super an. Man sollte sich bewusst sein, dass der Jaccuzzi aus Hygeniegründen stark gechlort ist. Etwas merkwürdig, dass man bei einem Objekt mit diesem Preis Handtücher selber mitbringen muss.

Wir haben das Haus für eine Kegeltour gebucht und waren begeistert! Völlig unkomplizierter Check-In vor Ort, alles hat gut funktionierte inkl. der vorbestellten Bierfässer. Das Haus war sauber, die Betten bezogen und kleine Extrawünsche waren erfüllt. Auch der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter per E-Mail klappte schnell und reibungslos. Mir fällt nichts ein, was nicht gut war.

Top Unterkunft für große Gruppen bis 25 Personen

Wir waren mit einer 20 köpfigen Familie (4 Generationen) über Ostern in diesem Ferinehaus und waren alle total begeistert. Austattung, Größe und Möglichkeiten Top. Fast alle Zimmer mit eigenem Bad und WC. Wir haben hier ein paar sehr schöne Tage verbracht und würden alles wieder genaus so machen. Vielen Dank auch für die Betreuung vor Ort. Das Ferienhaus ist nur zu empfehlen!

Fijn huis, alles compleet! Prachtig!! Mooi ingericht en erg ruim. Zeer goed ontvangst, alles super schoon en aanwezig. Veiligheid was echt wel aan gedacht maar misschien een puntje om te kijken naar een betere vluchtroute bij calamiteiten als b.v. bij brand.

Tolles Objekt für eine Großfamilienfreizeit

Die Absprachen vorab mit dem Vermieter waren sehr gut. Das Objekt liegt in einer ländlichen Idylle gegenüber einer alten Mühle, aber auch neben einer Kuhweide und vom Hof wehte die "frische Landluft" herüber, was abseits der Düngezeiten vermutlich angenehmer ist. Das Haus ist toll und alle haben die Doppelzimmer genossen. Billard- und Kickerturnier gehörten zum Abendprogramm. Die Kinder fanden die Zeit im Whirlpool toll. Alles ist ausreichend vorhanden. Allerdings wäre ein zweites Blech pro Backofen wünschenswert.

Unsere Trainerfahrt war super

Das Objekt ist super für große Gruppen! Die Zimmer sind liebevoll eingerichtet und das Haus hat alles was man sich nur wünschen kann! Unser Highlight war das Kino, welchen wir als Schulungsraum nutzen konnten, sowie die Bar und der Wellness Bereich. Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt.

Super groß!!

Super viel Platz und echt toll für eine große Gruppe, da sich sowohl kleine als auch große Kinder und Erwachsene wohl fühlen können! Der Pool- und Saunabereich ist ebenfalls wunderbar für Groß und Klein! Das Grillhaus haben wir im Winter nicht genutzt, aber im Sommer ist es sicher perfekt, da so viel Grünfläche drumherum ist!
