Definitely not a 5*

Not sure how this sells and charges as a 5-star hotel as there is nothing of that level on site. The rooms are tatty, furniture is old. The shower flooded half the bathroom area everytime is used, beds are uncomfortable. Try to plug in a charger on the balcony a d the plug came flying out. The restaurant food is very basic, no service of any sort.

First 2 days we stayed in a horrible room. Nothing like what was in the pictures. It said on the site that rooms are accessible but they are not and we had to Carry a 13 year old disabled child up and down the stairs for 2 days. On top bathroom had mould. Bed was uncomfortable old dated. No sound proofing. We were then moved to the ground floor room which was better and cleaner. No room service to call. Food was ok. It's quite far from the main town. Some Good points: good pools, good friendly staff, kids friendly.

Worst “all inclusive” I have ever been to. The only all inclusive drinks are the cheapest wine, whiskey vodka etc, same food every night. Cats running round in the dining area, disgusting. Dirty rooms, dirty pool. Put up the do not disturb sign yet they entered our room anyway. No AC in the dining hall, same food each day. Drinks machine not working. Card machine in the store not working couldn’t even buy my child a cold juice because the lady only wanted cash. 1000s of bugs all around the pool because it’s grass. No trash cans at the pool causing more ants and bugs. Rotten. I do not recommend and will not return. My son was up all night the first night we were there itching because of the dust. So disappointing

Worst Hotel I have stayed in, not even a 1 Star

We were extremely disappointed with this accommodation and would not have given it any stars if possible. Booked here for the last 2 nights on the island as near the airport and thought it would be treat. (Superior Family Room). The hotel looks very nice walking in, but when we got into our room we were in for a shock, it was like some third world accommodation, nothing like the photos on website. Dirty, mouldy, paint flaking, very dated old tatty furniture, tv not working, stained curtains, no cushions on garden furniture, no wifi in room, mattress so hard it was like sleeping on the floor. The bathroom smelled very mouldy and we had nobody clean our room the 2 days we were there. Complained but got nowhere, wanted to check out, but refund refused. Spend a lot of money on very basic accommodation, who gave this place 5 star rating is beyond me. Fully aware that a 5 star in Greece is not quite the same, but this hotel is totally mis-advertised.

We had a very good experience starting with the ease of parking our hire car and very speedy check in. Our ground floor bungalow room was spacious, well appointed and clean.We were situated just 50 metres from the beach with plenty of recliners and umbrellas. The food in general was both plentiful and varied and of good quality. We also appreciated the entertainment team who were enthusiastic and welcoming.

Overall we had an enjoyable stay but it was our first All Inclusive experience and I dont think I would do it again. The food was not warm enough, and there were so strange options. We love Greece for their hospitality and their food but they didnt do good Greek food. We samlled the Greek themed restaurant but this was not Greek food as we would normally have in the Tavernas. For us i think it was too big and impersonal and the huge dead rat near our apartment didnt help ! The sun loungers and pool bars were tired and unappealing not would i would have expected of a hotel of this rating. The staff in the restaurant's and bars were lovely, especially the main bar. The All Inclusive cocktails were very plain and the coffee machines in the dinning room hardly ever worked for the coffee i wanted.

We had to change two rooms which was on a very bad confldition / water leak all over the place - we ask to check out and get refound - they declined and send us to request compensation from hotel. Com - which is il just going to do next

We booked a suite with a private pool, we actually only got the room at 7pm because the hotel confirmed to those in front of us in the room to check out late, which is without asking us Okay, mistakes happen. The attitude we received from the receptionist called "Maria" was disgusting, not only did she not let us talk she was talking on the phone every second and ignoring our requests .. Makes sense that we will have one anyway instead of 14.00 we only got the room at 19.00. Okay, mistakes happen.
