This brand new villa is a haven of exclusive privacy, comfort and luxury, incorporating expert design and creativity, fine materials, local craftsmanship and a passion for perfection. Uniquely Lindian and universally beautiful, Lindos shore summer house offers accommodation unmatched in the whole Lindos village. This traditionally decorated house enjoys an unparalleled sea view from its own private top-level terrace. It is ideal for families and couples who appreciate luxurious accommodation. Whether you wish to spend some relaxing time with your loved ones in the fully private courtyard jacuzzi or enjoy the exquisite indoors, this house offers the best of both worlds as it was lovingly renovated with painstaking attention to original detail and individuality.

Outdoors there is a limestone-built large door. As you enter the villa, there is a majestic entrance leading to the spacious main Lindian pebbled courtyard with a large five seated jacuzzi and hydro massage jets, an outside shower, and an automatic open-close canopy with remote-control. Entrance Level features a fully equipped state of the art kitchen on your left, and a small sitting-room on your right with a sofa that can accommodate an extra person, a 40” Samsung curved smart TV and a bathroom. The same level hosts one king size bedroom with independent entrance, and its own en suite bathroom.

The hit is the brilliant bathrooms which comprise a free-standing shower cabin with a set of massage jets. It offers Korres organic bath amenities and more, such as hairdryer, soft cotton towels, beach towels also by coco-mat. Bathrobes and slippers are also provided. An amazing wooden staircase enlightened by led leads you to the upper level where there is a second king size master bedroom with a two sea facing picture windows and a mini bar.

Outside there is another private rooftop private terrace which offers uninterrupted view and is only a few steps away from the Jacuzzi. It also features a sitting area with comfortable sofa, a dining table for six people, and two sezlongs.

Facilities are of high standard including free Wi-Fi internet access, an iPad air 2, Bose mini bluetooth speaker, 3 Samsung sat TV, blue ray, Entry phone, house alarm, Toshiba Daiseikai inverter air-conditioning, safe deposit box, Bosch i-dosage washing machine, Bosh clothes dryer, iron and ironing board.

Family holiday in Lindos

We were initially a little apprehensive, as we usually go for 5* hotels, however this surpassed our high expectations. From a slick arrival/check-in late at night, to Clarins toiletries, the fridge stocked with goodies, the Illy coffee capsules (which were replaced during our stay), the array of facilities and even gifts for our children, we had a fantastic family holiday. We would not hesitate to return and can’t rate this villa and our experience highly enough.

Lindos Shore Summer House is a stunning, very comfortable, private and a very relaxing place to spend time. The owner and others associated with him could not be more welcoming and helpful but leave you to get on with enjoying your holiday. Lindos village is a stunning, unique destination and this accommodation compliments this with a truly “Five Star” experience. We choose to stay here every year because of this and have already booked two separate weeks for 2019.

Fabulous Villa with Perfect Location

Our family rented this villa for a wedding in Vlycha Bay, next door to Lindos. We could not have stayed at a more beautiful villa or location. The villa is decorated exactly as you see in the photos--it looks like it could be in a designer magazine. The beautiful patio (which has a roller sunshade) is large enough for a crowd and the views are absolutely stunning overlooking Pallas Beach and Lindos Bay. I think this villa has the best location in Lindos because it’s just steps to the stairway to the beach yet it’s away from the crowded streets (and donkeys) in Lindos town but still easy walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. This villa sleeps 5 exactly: two upstairs and three downstairs. The two full baths are gorgeous and have plenty of towels and toiletries. Maid service freshens all linens every day. The master suite has its own door to come and go without disturbing the 5th guest, who sleeps on the single pullout bed in the living room. The upstairs bedroom has slightly more room than the master but it does not have an attached bathroom--those guests need to use the 2nd full bathroom on the main floor. The villa is perfect for a family because mom and dad get the main floor master bedroom with its own private bath. The king-size beds in both bedrooms are heavenly. The villa’s kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to have espresso in the morning and cocktails in the evening as well as dine in, although we ate at Lindos and Pefkos restaurants every night. The best part of the trip was the villa owner, Filippos. He made our stay so much easier. He stocked the kitchen with wine, drinks and breakfast/lunch food to make our arrival and first morning as comfortable as possible. You cannot drive in Lindos but from the main taxi square, Filippos met us and transferred all our luggage using his mini-truck when we arrived and when we left. He also arranged for taxis to and from the airport for family members arriving very late and leaving very early. I can't rave enough about how kind and generous this man is. He answered all my questions for months before we arrived--he's a great communicator! Note: We rented a car because taxis to and from the airport are pricey but we did not end up using our car the entire week we were there--we used taxis, which are readily available and much faster because parking almost everywhere is quite challenging. Thank you, Filippos for a fabulous trip that we will never forget. Efharisto!

Another wonderful stay in a superior luxury villa

What a fantastic stay in this beautiful summer house. This Holidsy home is the height of luxury.no expense has been spared to equip this fantastic place with the very latest in technology.beautiful linen on the bed, lovely Greek products to use, a very generous welcome pack provided by the owner Filippos. As we had a late flight, he was kind enough to give us the use of his beautiful boutique villa, so that we could relax, shower and use the facilities which made a massive difference to our last day. The views from the balcony are absolutely stunning, you can see the whole bay and it is also very well equipped with luxury lounges etc. There is also a Jacuzzi for use in the courtyard which is great fun, there are lots of beautiful works of art on the walls and unique touches that make this a very special place to stay. The owner went out of his way to assist us with our luggage on arrival and on departure. Nothing was too much trouble for him, he is a charming, wonderful host and we can't wait to return to this very beautiful part of Lindos, which is very close to the village- just a short stroll away, but also in a peaceful spot with breathtaking views. Can't wait to return!

Absolutely Gorgeous Villa

This luxury villa was delightful and the owner, Filippos, could not have been more accommodating. His attention to detail was evident from the monogrammed towels to the amazing hot tub. The bedrooms are spacious and the beds comfortable. The two bathrooms are in the first floor, so those staying in the upstairs bedroom must go up and down the steps, which might be inconvenient for older individuals. The outside space more than made up for the limited amount of common area inside. When we return to Rhodes we will definitely stay here again. FYI, a special bonus was the washer, dryer, high speed internet access, and daily maid service!
