Our whole stay was really nice. We enjoyed sitting in the garden at any daytime Also the Appartement was well equipped, so we felt almost‘at home’.It was also good to be able to park the car next to the appartement.Gianluca was very nice and responded to all our questions very quickly.

Fantastic Location -Very Near Beach. Restaurants & Metro -Lovely outside area-Quiet area

Excellent value - quiet area 2 mins walk from Metro (Great for the airport at around 2euros each- alternatively you can call a taxi which quoted 50 euros) only 5 minutes walk from bars ,restaurants. and beach. The outside area in the apartment was lovely to eat outside at night if we fancied a night in cooking . The apartment was very clean ,modern kitchen, aircon was good and also had washing machine and dishwasher .Our host was very helpful and also offered free use of communal bikes . We where there for a week my daughter was doing a ballet school summer week which was only a 15 minute walk away in the other direction beside the sports centre. Near the school we found a large supermarket which had everything we needed and was a lot less expensive than the mini shops near the beach- Conad City -Viale Carpi, 4, 47838 Riccione. Also near by the supermarket we had the most amazing pizza at Pizzeria Sapoi Di Grano, it was a no frills local restaurant , very reasonably priced - Viale Busseto, 04, 47838 Riccione RN, Italy -honestly the nicest pizza we had ever tasted- Another local restaurant which the school recommended was Ristobar Gran Frito - a truly local fish restaurant in Ville Dante and again very reasonably priced. The beech is beautiful but mostly private and costs vary per day to enter depending on the pier . We around 10Euro s each per day to use enter and use a sunbed for a few hours. As I said it varied depending on the facilities as some also had swimming pools which cost more. We had a fantastic time and would definitely love to stay here again . Thank you :) Nicola

Alloggio perfetto, pulitissimo, completo di ogni cosa

Una settimana di vacanza in un bel appartamento molto curato, con un bel giardino recintato. Ideale per famiglie con bambini e animale domestico. Proprietari gentilissimi e molto reattivi ad ogni ev. problema che si potrebbe presentare. Consigliamo vivamente di andarci per una vacanza perfetta. Ringraziamo la famiglia dei proprietari per averci messo a disposizione un alloggio che ha soddisfatto a pieno le nostre aspettative. Speriamo di poterci tornare.....

Unterkunft war ok

Die Ferienwohnung war ok und sauber. Sie liegt sehr zentral. Zum Strand und zum Zentrum sind es nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß. GerĂ€uschbelĂ€stigung durch davor gelegener Strasse und von der daneben liegenden GaststĂ€tte, die Nachts gegen 0 Uhr ihre Glasflaschen entsorgt!

Einfache jedoch gepflegte und ausreichende Ferienwohnung

Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und haben eine sehr schöne Zeit in Riccione verbracht. Die Unterkunft hat einen schönen Garten mit Spielzeug fĂŒr Kinder. Die Lage ist perfekt: nur wenige Minuten zum Strand bzw. zu diversen Lokalen. Wir waren zum zweiten Mal da. Gerne wieder.

Soggiorno a Riccione

Ho soggiornato in questo appartamento una settimana con una mia amica ù un cagnolino di piccola taglia. L’appartamento ù perfetto per due, la cucina ben attrezzata e funzionale. Molto bello il giardino che, forse, andrebbe solo meglio separato dagli spazi in comune con gli altri a appartamenti. Proprietari molto disponibili, buona la posizione a 5 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia e da via Dante. Esperienza assolutamente positiva.

Molto meglio delle aspettative!!!

Ci siamo trovati molto molto bene, dalla cortesia dei padroni di casa a tutto quello che abbiamo trovato a disposizione in casa!! Non mancava nulla dai calici di vino , bicchieri per liquore e bibite stoviglie e pentole nuove , contenitori per mangiare in spiaggia ecc ecc !! Praticamente come se fosse una casa propria!!! Biancheria da casa pulita e profumata!!! Tutto davvero perfetto per tornarci assolutamente per il prossimo soggiorno a Riccione!! La casa dotata di tutto e confortevole in zona silenziosa e molto comoda per la spiaggia e le vie principali di Riccione!

Appartamento con giardino in zona centrale

L'appartamento si trova in zona centrale e a circa 700 mt dal mare, raggiungibile a piedi in pochi minuti. L'abbiamo scelto per il bel giardino, che ci ha permesso di pranzare e cenare sempre all'aperto. Abbiamo apprezzato il fatto che fosse molto curato e dotato di ogni comfort: lavastoviglie, lavatrice, aria condizionata.
