Très bon Hotel, à conseiller

Si vous allez à Rice Lake, n'hesitez pas sur cette hotel, il est très propre, très confortable avec les grands lits à l'américaine et en plus le petit déjeuner est gratuit; même si celui-ci n'est pas très alléchant (mais c'est a peu prés partout comme ça dans la région, les USA ne sont pas connus pour leur gastronomie), il a le mérite d'exister. De plus l’hôtel est idealement situé, sur Main street, la rue principale de cette ville typique du fin fond du Wisconsin.

Clean rooms throughout the property. Hot tub was excellent! Staff were friendly and helpful. Easy access to surrounding businesses.

It was only because the lasy at the frint desk was very rude and unfriendly and kept coughing and .aking me feel like very unwanted

Good but not much sleep 😊

Not a friendly place

Very rude service! We were told in order to get a towel we had to exchange a towel cause they had no room service on the weekends. We had a room for 4 and only got 2 towels and 2 wash clothes and when we went to ask for more they told us that we couldnt get anymore as they were out. So we used our beach towel that that we used in the pool and also the bath mat towel that was made for the floor. Front desk cared more about the cigarette breaks than customer service... one lady even quoted "Im pregnant and really dont need to put up with this" when she was referring to kids playing and she was upset. THE Cops showed up twice while we were sitting in the lobby. The beds were terribly small and out mattress cover was ripped. On a plus side the pool was warm for the kids and they liked that. Wont be staying there again and its sad cause its a beautiful place just terrible employees.
