I was having some issues on the way to town the lady at the front desk I don’t remember her name I was so tired from traveling she had some beautiful tattoos though. I came in told her my problem she was quick to help went above and beyond we got a few laughs at the front desk she definitely turned a bad day good again I recommend this hotel super clean rooms staff all was nice I enjoyed my stay a lot as well as good food right next door!

From the moment we walked in the staff was super welcoming, super friendly. The area was super clean from the front to the rooms. Definitely a 10 out of 10 experience would stay every time I went to Richfield.

From the lovely young woman that checked us in until we left the next day this was a great stay. Comfortable bed, enough water pressure, good restaurant next door. Can't say enough.

When we first went to check in they said check in wasn't until 3 but on our itinerary it said check inenad 2 they were able to get us in a room at 2:20. Then in the evening we were changing to go to the pool and someone buzzed into our room and walked on. And realized that was not their room. I called the front desk and they stated there was a mix up and the rooms were not updated properly when we checked in and they double assigned the room. They stated that would not happen again. We were about to walk out the door to head to the pool when someone starts pounding on the window. We walked to the front to see what could be done and there was a party with people smoking and drinking in the room 3 doors down. Not a good impression and a smoke free room. They offered to changed us rooms we had a child with us and we no longer felt safe.

Overall everything was great - especially the breakfast staff. That lady was so helpful and kind. Only thing was that it had a terrible and broken showerhead. But when we went to the desk or called - there was no answer. Aside from the showerhead. It was a great stay!
