Amble just 150 metres to the striking Norman castle where you can climb the keep for panoramic views out across the town and Swaledale. Venture 1 mile to the National Trust’s beautiful woodland at Round Howe, right on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales National Park. Plan a day out to the famous Aysgarth Falls, 15 miles away.


Enter the accommodation via the shared entrance and make your way up the stairs to the first floor. First you will encounter an inviting, open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. Enjoy the streaming sunlight and gaze out over the cricket ground from here. Cuddle up on the sofa in front of a good film on the Smart TV or open a bottle of chilled wine and chat about your day. The modern kitchen/dining area is compact but cleverly designed to encompass everything you are likely to need to help you whip up hearty breakfasts and romantic dinners from fresh Yorkshire produce. As night falls on each exciting day away in Richmond, make your way through to the airy king-size bedroom, which has built-in wardrobes.
