Had a 3 day reservation from 10/3 to 20/6. I arrived at 8:15 p.m. on 10/3 and was told I was 15 minutes late and my teservation was canceled. They said I didn't call ahead for late arrival even though the email confirming my reservation stated to let them know if I wasn't going to be there by midnight. They gave my room away and I had to go somewhere else. They refused to gove me a refund. Expedia was no help at all. Word to the wise. Never use Expedia or Best Western.

The whole place reeked of cigarette smoke. Ice machines did not work on any floor. Fire doors were propped open. Loud music until 2am. I did not get my 4am wake up call. I have never had a worse hotel experience in 60 years on this planet.

OK for pets but no pet area that I saw, parking lot dirty, and no waste bags. Seems that there are quite a few locals who live here daily. Could not use computers; was told that owner disconnected because a kid was using inappropriately overnight. Well, deal with the kid, not all of the other guests. Hotel lobby, breakfast area, and property overall seemed run-down.

Terrible! Ofrecieron retirarnos del aeropuerto y se demoraron 1 hora en llegar. El chofer manejaba con el celular en la mano, nada de seguridad. Te ofrecen piscina y no funciona hace meses. Los cuartos sucios y viejos, la atención de los hombres es horrible porque no te dan soluciones solo te dicen que no hay arreglo, groseros!

Television had a continuous glitch never stopped the entire night. Pillow was tiny. Website for extended parking shows fifteen dollars for the week, but property actually charged $7.00 per day. This is a huge miscommunication. Property run down from our last stay.

Wouldn’t stay again. Smells heavily like smoke. We had a nonsmoking room…Dirty in some areas. Broken glass by entry door. Shuttle driver did not greet us or extend warm welcoming at all. Thin walls. Can hear others talking and babies crying during the night. Would NOT recommend.

They are good workers but need to reinvest

BRAVO! to the staff for the comp airport shuttle. They were on time, quick, and friendly. We checked in but were among some foreigners that seemed to be loitering. Anyway, the hotel condition was below average. A couple areas smelled odd. The carpet and bedding were worn out unfort. The restroom was OK. Glad comp bottled water available. Breakfast was actually good. TV was good.

This hotel needs a major overhaul. Black mold in the bathroom on the walls and tub. Carpet stained and dirty. Housekeeping didn’t bother taking old subway sandwiches out of the refrigerator so the room spelled like onions. The A/C was not cooling. Needless to say, we won’t stay there again.
