Boho Bungalow off Main-one block from Lovely Park
This cozy bungalow was built in 1900 and is conveniently located right off Main Street & just one block from the Glenn Miller Park entrance. The bohemian decor throughout as well as the original wood details on the staircase & ceiling beams make for an unique setting. Itâs centralized location is easy to find & access from any part of the city, and the off street parking is helpful as well.
We very much enjoyed our 1 night visit at the Boho Bungalow! The house was cozy and charming. Everything was clean and the property host gave clear information for our stay. We highly recommend this location.
My husband, son, and I stayed here the weekend of our daughterâs graduation from Miami University. It was so cute and easy to access. The communication was awesome and check in/check out process was simple. Would definitely recommend.
If you like the style of an older home, this is a great home for you. A beautifully decorated home, clean, close to shopping and the highway. Spacious living room and dining room. Comfortable beds as well.
I highly recommend this place, but make sure you get all of the access information and confirm the address before you start your trip.
It was very tough to get in touch with the host and didn't receive the access information until hours after check in time and an hour after we arrived. The listing had the wrong address so we were driving around for an hour just to find the property.
However, once the host finally sent us the correct address and the access information, we were pleasantly surprised with how perfect the house was. It was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed in the bathrooms, bedrooms and kitchen. We would definitely stay here again.
This was a very cute little historic home, some of the homes around it are not in the best of condition but donât let this deter youâŠwe felt safe and had no problems leaving our enclosed trailer in the driveâŠplenty of nice local places to eat (Smileyâs Pub) was greatâŠwalked Glenn Miller Park and felt completely safeâŠwould definitely stay againâŠcommunication with the host was very quick, check in and out was super easyâŠ
Richmond is a beautiful town, but navigating it was a challenge due to closed roads, dead ends, and one-way streets. We arrived as it was getting dark and beginning to rain. We circled round and round trying to find the bungalow, and determined that the address given in a VRBO email does not exist. Then we found a different address in a different email, the email that also included the key code. The second address was not easy to find in the rain, but it turned out to be correct. The key code worked on the first try.
Once we found the bungalow, it was great. It is an older house with character, but it has been refurbished. The bathroom and bedrooms are upstairs. The basement is exceptionally clean. The front porch is a great place to drink coffee in the morning. We had a nice chat with the neighbor, who has a beautiful garden. It is a very good place to stay if you can find it.
