The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was big spacious. The furniture seemed newer but the carpet was dirty. Many small things needed to be fixed. The man and most concerning was my husband came home with bedbug bites. We’re hoping none hitched a ride.

Bad trip this time

I've stayed there 4 times in the last two years, but this time they had muzak very loud outside after 9 until the morning. The speaker was right by my window. I asked the front desk if they could turn it down outside, but I was told she couldn't. It was extremely annoying causing me to lose sleep. I will stay there again, but my room must be on the other side

I asked for a room on the first floor or any floor as long as it’s close to the elevators because means my guest has walkers.. instead, Thr put me on the 3rd floor in a room farthest from the elevator which was hard for us to walk and feeling unsafe! Also did not have access to the pool and told them I was spending my birthday there! Will not recommend this hotel or ever go there again
