This hotel is right next to a train track. So whenever a freight train goes back, the whole hotel shakes. And the noise is super loud. You cannot sleep at night, there were many trains passing by. Unfortunately, my room was right next to the ice machine and laundry room. So when the employee started washing sheets with door open at 7am, I couldn’t sleep anymore due to the laundry machine noise. Breakfast was average, same as every other hotel. The room was not dirty but not the cleanest. AC unit was dirty.

Awful place to stay

This is a disgusting hotel. Never will I stay here again. Stains all over carpet floors and bedding. All the lights in the hall way was poor. Couldn’t see anything, very sketchy. Staff was very rude to us when we had late check in and then again when leaving. Breakfast was all cold. Plain run down hotel. Do not pay attention to the stars.

The new way of doing things in hotels, tell the front staff in the morning to service your room. The problem with not having your room serviced every day automatically, is lack of towels/wash clothes when needed. That is my only complaint.…. They didn't have wash clothes when needed because they were in the washer at 9p.m.

Very nice rooms - recently upgraded it looks. Awesome to be right in front of Kings Dominion. Breakfast was good, but I wish you’d be allowed to bring it to your room (I had work to finish before going to the park). I would definitely stay again!
