The hotel was very clean, bathroom was great. Plenty of counter space and hooks to hang things up. Breakfast was also great! But. The reason for 3 stars was what happened after we left. My husband left his bb cap there and we tried calling front desk to see if yhey could mail it to us. The call went straight to a recorded message and then hung up on me 6 or 7 times. Finally called the main Hampton inn/Hilton number and after speaking to a few people got a number for yhe Hampton Inn Richmond/Chester hotel. There aparrently are 2. Waiting for a call back on the cap now.
