We chose this property based on the reviews and the rating, but what we experienced was so far from it. The property entrance gives off the vibe of excellence but the rooms are dirty, small and old. The sink was painted, but because it was wet when painted it bubbled. The right arm of the office chair was chewed up and had sharp edges. One of the pillow cases was stained, the microwave was burnt inside and there was trash behind the dresser.

Hotel convenient and comfortable

Your workers need a lesson in customer service skills. They don’t know how to use manners and be professional especially those who work at night. The room was comfortable and hotel was close to restaurants and shopping. That’s about it.

The hotel allows dogs, we heard some barking but that's not the hotels fault. The bed was lumpy and hard. The room was big and spacious, but the sink area was very small, hard to get ready. Housekeeping and the front desk were very friendly.

Super nice front desk. Breakfast staff person was a little cranky and didn’t want to refill the coffee when there was still 15 minutes left of breakfast service. Otherwise, I’ll come back when I need to be in the area.
