The hotel is ok is near the military base and nearby shops. The room and hall smelled humid do to the carpet, the lady in the breakfast service was rude, and they did not fix our room or bring us clean towels.

We had a great stay. Our rooms were nice, clean and spacious. Staff was amazing. We accidentally locked ourselves out of our adjoining room around midnight, with the safety lock on! The auditor went above and beyond to help us with this situation, even offering another nearby room.

Book this one!

It’s very clean and comfortable. Rooms are large and look new. Very satisfied with our stay. Side note: if you are coming from the south, the gps may take you through and not so great looking part of town. But keep going once you get to the hotel you are in a great area with restaurants and shopping.

Staff members are very respectful and responsive to anything you need or feel free to ask any questions. The lady up front was such a sweetheart and she was so helpful and kind and tried to make sure that our reservation was correct and we didn’t have to worry about doing it over after it had messed up on us. Thanks to that lady because she was so kind and you don’t get that much kindness anymore especially at hotels.

The staff was very friendly, especially that lady that makes your eggs in the morning for breakfast. She was very friendly. About the room…The bathtub was clogged , the towels were dirty and no smart TV. No Wi-Fi. They need to upgrade the rooms, especially with Wi-Fi and smart TV. I will not book this Hotel again, even though the staff was very friendly, but that’s not all.
